I try to concentrate on only leaving reviews of places I really liked and give the bad ones the benefit of the doubt but this place is horrible. I have been working from home for years now and getting a massage went from a once every so often thing to a pretty constant as I grew older. As I was driving towards the usual spot I've been going for over a year I spotted this place and thought to myself "I don't have a reservation and this place could be a hidden gem, doesn't hurt to try right?" Wrong, it hurt. Everywhere. I paid $70 for an 1-Hour massage and receive the service from a senior lady who I assumed was the boss and most likely had more experience as well. Her concept of massage is pinching every muscle with a lot of strength and saving costs on oil, making everything rough. There is no privacy as within 5 minutes she completely removed the towel. What she did on one side/arm/leg she did not repeat on the other. I don't think she's even certified as I've gotten better massage from my ex who definitely don't know anything about it. The hot towel was wet and I left still feeling very sticky from the oil and not clean at all. The massage ended after exactly 45 minutes instead of 1 hour and she stayed in the room while I got dressed increasing the pressure to tip. I did not ask for a refund as I wanted to wait until the end because "maybe it gets better, maybe I'll feel good at the end".
Do yourself a favor and don't come here. Complete waste of money as I'm really hurt now and will have to get a massage again at my usual place. Like barbers, if you have a regular, don't switch!
