Great place. Competitive prices, super excellent televisions, friendly and professional staff. Was just looking at new Sony that I purchased there and am amazed at the beautiful and crystal clear picture. It's like the show is in the room with me.
DO NOT shop elsewhere as you'd be wasting your time.

I highly recommend Video Only and in particular Dino! We had such a wonderful TV-buying experience! Love their no-pressure sales approach. The first time we went just to browse, and Dino was super helpful and patient in talking with us and explaining our options. Then we came back in a couple of weeks (with the truck!) to actually buy. He gave us such a great deal on the TV, plus sound bar and wall mount.

I will always buy my TVs here (not from Costco or Amazon) because of the excellent customer service plus THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER!!

Also I am completely floored by their 0% interest financing deal. I almost bought a more expensive TV because of it ROFL!

I was in the market for a new TV. I wanted a large TV that was also great quality... and within budget. My father suggested I go to Video Only. When I walked in, this place was like a throwback. The store is very basic, but large. There is plenty of free parking available. The salesmen were awesome. They educated me about the basics of what I needed to know about purchasing a TV. They were kind, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and they didn't try to oversell me. I returned the next day to purchase a TV and they greeted me by name when I walked in. The TV I purchased was $600 less than both Costco and Best Buy's sale price...! Also they offer delivery & setup very inexpensively. Rabie was awesome and I've already told several of my friends about Video Only. Thank you...!!

We had a terrific experience here, staff was professional and a great help. It's kind of an odd location, but it's worth going there rather than buying online. They will match your online price!

Great price on an LG. Free delivery. Super easy parking and someone to help right away. Much better than Best Buy.

This place is that best-kept secret type of place. Much MUCH better service than that mega retailer with blue polo shirts. Very good selection almost rivaling the warehouse club establishments. I bought my last 13 TVs from Video Only and don't plan to shop elsewhere in the foreseeable future. Bought a Samsung 24" curved monitor for $80 less than that megastore. Very pleased with my consumer experience.

Called San Mateo store to check on a TV model I was interested in. Sales person was very well spoken, patient and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and invited me to come and see him personally. Unfortunately I showed up at the store on his day off, but I was helped by the other sales person who by the way made sure that the sales person I spoke with would get the full commission for the deal (very honorable of him). Even though this guy was not getting the commission he still gave me an excellent service, answered all my questions, was not pushy and helped me choose the right TV for my needs and then helped me load it in my truck!
As for the price, these guys were able to beat Best Buy by over $700.00, considering that I walked away with my dream TV, free 5-year warranty and 2 free sets of HDMI cables! They definitely put their money where their mouth is. Like the commercial says, Shop here first or you'll be sorry! A+++

I went to two large retailers for a combined 3 hours looking for a new LED TV. I received minimal service at those other stores and all the TVs I was interested in were out of stock. I went to Video Only and Dino gave me more information in 30 seconds than I received in 3 hours at those other stores. In addition, they actually had inventory of TVs. Same yourself some time and head over to video only to get the information and service you’re looking for.

Had a great experience at Video Only, San Mateo. Robbie approached us and he did not try to sell us something we did want but actually listened to what we wanted. He knows his flat screen televisions and gave us options from which we chose our 55" baby.

It was cheaper at V. O. than at Target or Best Buy plus we had a knowledgeable salesperson. Shop around other places but see how Video Only beats them in price with a great customer service experience.

Awesome Customer Service!! Dino Binns,Store Manger is very knowledgeable and helpful .I had bought both Samsaung TV and Soundbars with bundle deals.You cannot get those deals from either Amazon or Best Buy . Before you buy TV and soundbars from online ,stop by at Video Only San Mateo first . You will never be disappointed with their in store pricing range and deals.

Great service! Great selection! Price are very good. But you can get a much better selection here than at a box store. You will be surprised just how many options a 75inch Samsung has available.

Spoke with Dino over the phone about TV's, very nice guy. He couldn't tell me their prices over the phone, but guaranteed they were lower than other main stores out there. I stopped in the following day and Francisco helped me out. I told him what TV's I was interested in and he pointed out where they were and gave me the run down on specs to better inform me and provided a demonstration to narrow down my choices. Francisco gave me a great deal on QLED tv, I walked in looking for 55" and walked out with a 65" because the pricing was very reasonable to me. Their service and knowledge is great.

I always recommend this store or their San Rafael store to everyone looking for a Tv or sound system. I've purchased all my TV's (4x) from here, and they have always had the lowest pricing. All of our TV's are still running without any issues or complaints.

Lived in San Mateo my whole life and made the mistake of not giving these guys a chance. But recently decided to stop by and shop for a tv man am I glad I did, thier prices are unbeatable! Dino is the man! he took the time to show me around and explain what the pros and cons of all the tvs were and not try to sell me on the most expensive tv! Ended up with a TV me and family can enjoy for a long time. Also if you purchase a TV from them they will give you a killer deal on a sound bar! Don't hesitate give video only a chance and ask for Dino!

Better prices than Best Buy and Costco. No overhead like the big box store. The tv wall mount was $100 cheaper than big box store. 55” Oled was $50 cheaper than BB. Robbie will treat you right.

Great customer service and selection. A solid place to look if you are in the market for audio or video equipment for your home. Video only is far overlooked when people shop for A/V equipment. The standard is just to go to Best buy or other big box stores do yourself a favor and check out video only first.

They play normal movies not some demo clips like at Best Buys, so it's easier to compare different TVs.
Also the person who helped us was very knowledgeable.

Great service. The most knowledgeable staff you can find. Shop around and find the best price you think you can get then go there and they will beat it. Best place in Bay area to get your new TV.

This is the second time we have bought a TV here. (Previous was 10 years ago. ) We are consistently impressed with the staff knowledge, the selection and prices. They also price match to current sales.
