Great company

They installed our original slate roof and it's beautiful. But, we've been trying get them to make some repairs for over 6 months now. They repeatedly say they will get back to schedule something but never do. I would think they would want to keep their customers happy. Not responsive and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service! Good luck if you have work done by this firm as once they receive the final payment, just don't have any issues with your roof. They will ignore your calls and are not responsive as my wife and I have been calling them for the past 3 months to attend to an issue with some slate tiles that are hanging down and are a hazard as they are ready to fall to the ground at any point. The receptionist will apologize and say that she will put your message on the bosses table and have him call you to set something up, only to wait days and weeks before you call them again and again only to get the same message. I have not received a response back as of today. Our roof is an all slate roof that cost us over $120,000 and is under their warranty! Consumer beware as they will not respond or honor their word! Not sure how much they pay to get their supposed diamond certification. Total scam!

My roof & solar panels were installed 4 years ago. As of August 2022, the inverter stopped, but my PGE bill continued to show $10.00 a month. At True-Up, I was shocked to be charged $1,900+ instead of receiving my normal $200 return.
I contacted the original person who sold me this package to fix this (in 4th year of 10 year warranty.
He’s dropped the ball.
It’s now over 3 weeks of almost daily phone calls which haven’t been returned at this writing.
