I recently had the pleasure of dining at this McDonald's, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lasting impression on me. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment.

One of the highlights of my visit was the freshness of the food. Each bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to freshness.

Overall, The friendliness created a dining atmosphere that was truly exceptional. I can't wait to return for another memorable meal.

Good hot coffee here, I love their services, friendly staffs. Thank you and smiles from them are the warm welcome. I didn’t try the foods yet. I need just some hot coffee this time and for this cold and rain day in San Mateo. This McDonald’s is a big stand alone with a big parking lot also they are always busy.

In short,
It would have not been my first one to stop at asking El Camino (between milbrae & 92). But after this visit I will even recommend to others to stop by this one versus other ones on El Camino in that mentioned area.
Things have changed, it's noticeably BETTER .

Fernando was great with customer service, he was able to accommodate my request to put aside a biscuit breakfast because I was arriving a little late than 10:30. We love biscuits why we can’t not get it after 10:30 ????

Clean, they bring the order to the table, with a selection of necessary condiments. Never seen this before.

This McDonald’s does all day breakfast within store, and is incredibly quick. Very clean

Cashiers are very nice good customer service even they serve you your order when it’s ready super friendly here I like this Mc Donald’s

Best McDonald’s in the Bay Area, so therefore best McDonald’s workers in the Bay Area. It’s always busy, everyone working here nearly always nail it (I’ve had missing sauces or straws before but food is always on point). Hope they are paid well, you’re only as good as the people working for you so they should be! No drive through but the remodel has bays to pick up, unfortunately lazy people use them to park as close to the door as possible, but not much you can do about self-entitlement and can’t knock the restaurant for it.

No drive thru location. Been here multiple times — ample parking. Place is always clean when Ive been. Always see them mopping the floors and they seem well staffed.

I used curb pick up and it was very fast. Food was good and fresh.

This is my usual greasy spoon establishment. It's near my place, en route to work too. Folks here know me. They're very cordial. Food is very palatable!

good prices and the quality of the burgers here tend to be better than other McDonalds around the bay

For fast food good. Clean tables. Bathroom separate gender one toilet per door. No need get token to use. So far no kiosk . Have to fo to counter order food/drinks. Parking entrance and exit only South bound traffic on S El Camino Real.

This is my quick-breakfast-before-work spot. Love the coffee.

Standard McDonald's cleanliness. Lines and wait times are normal as well. I prefer this McDonald's over the one further down El Camino.

If you want a budget breakfast sandwich: Sausage and cheese muffin. I thank the lady at the register who told me about it (not on the menu).

Fast service, accommodating when I just wanted to buy buffalo sauce packets, and clean. Outdoor seating area in the center of the parking lot too- not a bad McDs
