Had a wonderful experience upgrading my bike to the Sram Rival system, Chris Peavey was awesome, guiding me through the process and delivering on time. Three rides down and everything functions proficiently.

Nine months later and still firing on all cylinders!

Awesome customer service! Tom was very kind and answered all my questions. I ordered 2 bikes for my wife and my self at Summit Bicycles (Burlingame). The bikes arrived and were assembled very quickly. They also give great discount for accessories and free lifetime adjustments for purchased bikes. Highly recommended!

I had to write a review after having a great experience this evening. I went in 7min before closing to pick up a chain and some tape for my sons bike. The service technician was very friendly and even offered to put the chain on and add the tape to the rim even though they were closed at that point. He stayed an extra 20 min past closing to finish up the job. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be going back for future service.

Brian was great and helpful in getting the Trek bike needed. Summit Bicycles has a large selection to one's needs. I recommend Summit Bicycles !

Great products with great customer service. Employees were helpful and friendly when I went in for a recall. The bike was checked and tuned up in a timely manner and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I’ve been to other bike shops and the experience was totally different. Just bought my 1st bike in 25 years, and even with all the craziness of COVID they were stellar. They had a great system to get people in and out of the store quickly and safely, and 2 separate lines one for service and one for sales.

Chris was really easy to work with at the Service counter. He listened closely to all of my requests for service in my vehicles, and carried out my directions the way I would have done the service to my own bike, only they do a way better job. The service was also done sooner than I expected, and I also got all of the old components back. Easy to work with, pleasant service, will have to do this Level 3 clean each year!

I purchased my bicycle from Summit Bicycles almost 10 years ago and they still provide basic tune-up and service free of charge. They are quick and friendly. They even shortened my wife's seat post on the spot for free when we brought it about 10 minutes before closing!

I had a great experience getting my hybrid bike serviced after sitting in the garage for a few years. They were quickly able to assess what needed to be replaced (back tire, chain) and booked a complete service with 2-day turn-around. Very happy and I'll be coming here again.

I ended up having a catastrophic mechanical issue immediately following a Level 2 service. Chris and Anthony handled this unfortunate circumstance professionally and got a resolution that I am satisfied with. While I wasn’t planning on being in a position of replacing my damaged bike, I am happy with my new purchase and look forward to continued business with Summit!

I used to be a bike mechanic with a 10-year experience in the industry. I have brought a few mechanical jobs to this shop that I didn't have tools for (cutting steerer tube, pulling and installing crown race, installing star nut). Every time, they delivered with the expected time frame and with reasonable labor costs.

Very helpful. They made sure that our grandson got a bike that fit him. Very fair price too!

Amazing local bike shop. I’ve been a few times getting various parts for my bikes and when one of my bikes had an issue I called around and most places were going to charge to look at it. I figured I would stop here to have it checked out. I went in and explained the issue with the crank. The mechanic looked at it right away. He found the issue and thankfully it was just a lose bolt. He fixed the issue my over all experience was just amazing.

Mike is AMAZING. Best service I have had from a bike shop in a long time. Super accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly. Appreciated how quickly they were able to turn around my bike. His crew was awesome too - I walked in and the guy who serviced my bike remembered my name and bike (after having stopped by for the first time for all of five minutes the day prior). Damn good customer service! As for their bike mechanic skills - rode my gravel bike today after the service and it’s PERFECT; all problems solved! Thank you Summit!
