The tea was good and the boba seeds were soft. I got jasmine milk tea and it was good. Their speciality drinks seem to be tea added to brown sugar drink and not vice versa. Ask the person at the counter for more information. They have other types of jellies and noodles instead of boba seeds. They have really cute packaging. They also have quick bites such as potato fries, chicken wings and so on.

If you like to try unique boba tea drinks then this is your place. Tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed the Red Velvet milk tea with cheese foam. Must try drink if you are a fan of red velvet cake.

This is a great place to let your imagination fly. Mix milk Jazmin tea, strawberry and coconut jelly and this creation will be your number one drink all year long. Although, it is not in the menu. The staff at TOCOTEA let you be creative with a smile. I tried the other tea place across the street and it isn't close to this place.

We tried one drink, tiramisu milk tea. The only other place that has a similar drink has way too much ice for the price. 4.95 is worth it. Definitely coming back to try more.

New favorite boba tea store. Been here 3 times already, the orders are always ready on time and the drinks are made consistently very very good. Three Heroes Milk Tea is my favorite.

Went during soft opening weekend. Got pretty busy around dinner so it took a while, but good tea and boba. Recommend the cheese tea, less sugar and ice.

Discover this place recently. The staffs are nice and friendly. My favorite one is D17 with the chewy noodles. The quality is consistent and delicious every time

Love to get my drinks from here. The store is very clean and tidy. When you order your drinks or food and receive them it is very quick and timely. The employees are very patient and they work fast. The food is delicious, I especially love getting the fishballs with roe. I always get the Black Diamond Okinawa milk tea with coffee jelly. I would recommend that to any coffee drinker!

These Tea place has very unique flavors and packaging. Love how they are always switching it up and constantly making things better. I'm happy to see that they are still in business and running even during this pandemic. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, everyone was in compliance. Will definitely be going back!

Literally across the street from 7 Leaves and also closes at 12. Their drink quality is pretty damn good! I'd say their cheese foam drink even gives Happy Lemon some competition. Definitely come by here when the line at 7 Leaves is too long, or if you want to try a place with more variety. They have board games as well.

Updated for 2022: I tried the oolong milk tea and really liked it! Rich flavor from the tea and non-dairy creamer, plus good sweet boba (if a bit clumpy). There's lots of couches to hang out inside, and the staff are very helpful! This is going to become one of my favorite places to visit when I'm around this corner SanJo.

In 2020: Not much tea flavor despite prices between $5-$6

I went here after Claw Shack. 12/10 recommend the combo of seafood and milk tea after!

I tried: matcha red bean milk tea and Hokkaido milk tea.

Matcha red bean is alright. The matcha flavor isn't strong, just mild. Red bean is soft and sweet. The milk tea itself isn't very sweet so that's a plus for me. 4/5

Hokkaido milk tea is great! I'm so glad I got it based on my friend's recommendation. The Hokkaido milk flavor is strong enough that you can recognize it and distinguish it from other flavors, but not sickenly strong. It's quite creamy. The flavor is like chocolate and caramel mixed in a creamy and smooth milk. Again, not overly sweet either. 6/5 recommended!!!

What I like about this place is it's well lit, spacious, quick service, overall clean, and milk teas aren't sickening sweet. Not crowded either; no long line; probably due to the late night hours.

I bought peach and passion fruit tea to go but haven't tried it yet. Definitely come back to try tiramisu milk tea and get another Hokkaido milk tea!

Soooo yummy!! The black diamond Okinawa drink has coffee jelly which had a great texture! Will Def return!

Drinks are good and refreshing! My go to drink is the kumquat green tea and pandan waffle. I like how they give you a buzzer to let you know your drink or snack is ready.

OMG this place is the best in San Jose. The staff is super friendly, the place is so clean and modern. The teas are soooooo delicious. Everyone one should check it out, I absolutely LOVE it.
