I just placed an order yesterday and was shopping via their site. I decided on an arrangement of white roses to be delivered to San Mateo. The site ordering process was seamless, except for the character limit when adding a message/card. I tried to shorten the message but it wasn't reading properly no matter how distilled it was. I called the florist directly and suggested if I can email them the full message. Neli, called back and advised to text her the message and she will add the card. 👍🏼

The arrangement was ordered and delivered that same day. I received emails on order received and delivered. I love that a snapshot of the actual arrangement was sent to me as well. (Pictured).

I received many compliments from my guests, and even though it was my first time working with Floral Art + Decor, I will be sure to come back for future event needs. I ordered flowers as a surprise for my girlfriend to be delivered to her hotel. Floral Art + Decor kept me informed of the final product with a picture & then a delivery confirmation. Both of which we're helpful when the hotel lost the flowers. The hotel denied they lost the flowers and someone from the store actually went to hotel to help locate the flowers.

The smell of scented candles drew me and my wife in, to a place of lovely arrangements. But most of all, I LOVED the attention: the two ladies at the place were incredible! It reminded me of the East Bay demeanor. We will so be back!!

Sent this arrangement for condolences. It was on the higher end in terms of cost, but I was happy with the appearance of the arrangement, the availability of same-day delivery and how quickly the flowers reached my family. This is the fourth time I've used a Bloom Nation florist and I've been consistently pleased with the aesthetic of the florists, flower selection and delivery!

Placed my order late the night before and my friend got her flowers the next day at 2PM. Fast and efficient. They also sent me updates via email as well as picture of actual flowers finished. The best!

Our son and daughter-in-law have been forced to delay their formal wedding due to the Covid epidemic. They decided several weeks ago that they wanted to have a civil ceremony and then plan their formal service in a year or so. Since the civil ceremony would have to be via Zoom. I wanted our daughter-in-law to have something from us. So I searched on Yelp to find a florist that I would be comfortable working with. My great good fortune was to choose Floral art, whose owner Nellie, was a joy to work with. We talked about what might work and she produced a beautiful handheld bouquet and boutonniere for our son. I highly recommend Floral art. I’m so very grateful that Nellie crossed my path for I felt that she cared as much about this lovely young couple as I did in choosing just the right arrangement
