The sales rep in the Bottega Veneta sales rep in the handbag department really went above and beyond in helping my sister find a bag. She really personalized the bag shopping experience for her, and was really happy with the bag she decided on. Also, this particular Bloomingdale’s is extremely well organized and curated.

Shoot out to the Nadine, she was super friendly and gave us perfume sample!
Also to Antoinette in customer service, she was very kind, professional
Overall, all the people we encountered were very nice!

This is the Baby Section of the store it's not to big but there is nice clothes for babies but they are definitely on the pricey side. A good time to go is when they are doing a seasonal change to get the best deals. If you are looking for a specific size/stlye just ask they have great customer service! 😀

I LOVE Bloomingdales & literally buy everything from there. But, I have to say that the Glendale store is my all time favorite. And it’s because of the wonderful staff there. I looked for a dress elsewhere for hours. This was my last stopm should have been my first. No other department store held a candle to this place. Organized. Easy to shop. Maybe it was more expensive than Macy's, but I'd rather pay a few more bucks to save a few hours of searching.

Went to Bloomingsdale to buy a pair of heels for my sister. We were greeted by Nanar and Betty. Nanar was very helpful and knowledgeable about the kind of shoes my sister was looking for. While waiting in my sister, Betty helped me by educating me about other shoe brands. She was also very knowledgeable about all brands there. Anyhow, next time you need shoes, make sure to look these young ladies up and have them help you.

I usually am not one to write reviews but I wanted to highlight my experience with this location and, particularly, one sales rep. I was casually looking at sunglasses and Mida came and asked if I needed help. I didn’t know what I wanted so she helped me try on different looks and really made me feel confident with all the styles. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful. Even her demeanor with her colleagues was admirable. She definitely made my experience wonderful and I hope to go to her (and bring my mom) to her next time I visit town! Thank you, Bloomingdales. Amazing staff!

I always come during holiday season to buy the cashmere sweaters, joggers and scarves. Quality wise, its a whole lot better from Macys, Nadaam or Gobi. They also have various sales during this season. Its a gift you can’t go wrong with. I wish they more items made with cashmere.

I was purchasing my dream watch I tried few places didn’t get much luck with the service so Ididn’t continue, yesterday I decided on my way to work stop by Bloomingdale there she was Edna Wilkin (Fine Jewelry) she went above and beyond to shiw me what I dort if had in mind then she told me about 12 months intrest free account…. I did then I purchased my perfect watch !
She is an Excellent salesperson and knew everything about the watch and all of the he questions I had….

Great store, great customer service!

Great customer service! I really like this store and have always been treated nicely by all the staff. I saw a woman trying to return an obviously very worn and used bag, and I thought the manager dealt with it extraordinarily well. I had an issue with my new purchase, and was treated very kindly by Catherine Hoang. Thank you, Catherine, for your help, and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

They didn't have what my husband was looking for and he was very disappointed cuz he saw it around Christmas time and though they have now . Bulgary lotion

Ironically enough I always get a decent deal here & discounts on clothes I like. Staff is nice & helpful every time I’m there.

Today my wife and I went to resolve an issue with online order and had to ask for a supervisor since the issue was complicated! Derek W. Listened to us and helped us. We will definitely visit the store more and are thankful of great customer service.

I always find what I need in the store. Today I was looking for a men's fragrance and I encountered one of my favorite people in the whole store, Regina. I always get exactly what I need and a great customer service experience when I see her. Highly recommend
