Top Fitness Store - Cupertino

If you are looking for fitness equipment, this store is a must. Be sure to see Reece. My husband and I have been on the hunt for a power rack that has everything we need in it for quite some time to replace our covid Hulk Fit cage.

We came in and were greeted by Reece. He is super friendly, knows what he’s doing and talking about, and not once did we feel rushed to make a buy. He helped answer questions, point us to what we were looking for and gave us recommendations based on what we were looking for.

We ended up buying some fitness equipment the day we were there as their pricing was very reasonable and then went on our way to compare on the racks.

We came back the next day to finally make our buy and can’t wait to have our new rack!!

Davis and Reese were both amazing to do business with. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, financing offers, warranties, etc. I really appreciated their transparency and honest communication. Fantastic experience. The Cupertino store was large, had lots of floor inventory, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Rudy Bhatt taught us about the various elliptical models. Michelle sampled them all and immediately recognized which models suited her preferences. We just intended to research ellipticals that day, but ended up buying one from Precor. It was more than we intended to spend, but we think it’ll be the one she’ll like and use for the next 10 years, which was our goal.

Reese was simply awesome. As a personal trainer by profession he also helped me select the right machine. Thanks. This is my third big purchase from Reese in past 2 years.

First thing I’d like to comment on is the exceptional customer service we received from Reece. Not only was he nice but he was extremely knowledgeable with their products and answered all our questions. In fact, he showed us options that allowed us to build our home gym and I will no longer need my gym membership. They sell top notch equipment yet their prices are competitive, and the delivery is fast. I’m really glad I came here and would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends.

Reece was awesome. He’s professional and helpful. We were in and out with the perfect treadmill fits our needs in 15 minutes! Checked it out in this store before put an order online was the best decision we made during this shopping season.

I’m looking for a decent treadmill to replace the old one under the budget. I live in Monterey. I came across TopFitness Store in Cupertino and talked to the manager, Reece. He’s helpful and easy to communicate with. Finally I decided to purchase XT485. He organizes to get it delivered in a few days. Thank you and looking forward to run on it!

As a newbie to the fitness world and veeeery beginner to equipment, the staff was very kind and patient to help me select the one just right for me. They made sure it had the features I wanted without being over-the-top and I especially like that they didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need. They cared about my needs as a new user and explained the features so I could understand.
I’m a huge talker as well so I also give them credit for listening to me :)
When I am ever ready for an upgrade to a more advanced product I would definitely return here for my purchase.

The service was great (the cashier helped me carry two 50 lb dumbbells out to my car in the parking lot, all by himself). The selection was also very good, and the store was clean. I plan to return in the future to buy other exercise equipment I need.

We worked with Rudy and had a wonderful, comfortable buying experience for an Inspire FT2. He walked us through multiple set-ups with patience and provided helpful tips.

I happened to wander into Precor Home Fitness passing by and was drawn in by their sale sign out front. I was pleasantly greeted by two employees Mark & Reece. Both guys knew their stuff, and were beyond helpful in answering any questions I had! Mark even went as far as looking up product specs and comparing models for me. I was so grateful to both gentleman for a great experience and helping me get the best deals around! Thanks Reece and Mark, I will definitely shop here again :)

We went to this store during memorial day weekend to investigate treadmills and purchase, if we found the right one. Rudy was the Sales Associate who attended on us. I had lots of questions so that I could truly find a treadmill that would truly fit my situation. I can't say enough about this store or about Rudy. I was grilling him with questions, all of which he answered very patiently and even elaborated helpfully with additional background, when I didn't seem entirely convinced.

Once I had narrowed down the choices, I subjecyed Rudy to a lot of very specific questions regarding each machine. There was a wide price difference between the three, but to Rudy's great credit, he never once tried to upsell me towards the more expensive model. He patiently answered all my questions, pointed out the pros and cons of each, and let me make my own decision. I did end up buying a Precor treadmill, which was discounted generously for the memorial day weekend.

Once the sale was concluded, Rudy clearly explained the delivery process, which included assembly as part of the sale. It turned out exactly as he had described! One day prior to delivery, I got a call from the delivery company giving me a 3 hour window for delivery the next day, between 8:30am to 11:30am. Sure enough, the next day, I received a call saying they were 10 min away and in fact arrived in 8 minutes!

They were there barely 30 minutes during whih time, they removed an old machine, brought in and assembled the new one, and walked me through the basic operation, after which they handed me a detailed manual. They also carried awsy the packaging the new machine came in. All through, they were very pleasant and very easy to communicate with.

I've been using the treadmill for 4 days now and recommend it very highly. It's everything it was purported to be and then some. I would also highly recommend The Top Fitness Store - Cupertino and Rudy, the Sales Associate who attended on us. It is a very spacious and well arranged show room with lots of choices and very friendly and professional associates who don't try to upsell which to me would've been an instant turn off. Do your fitness shopping here!
