Good product and great staff

Worst decision ever to sign with Aramark, I thought Cintas was bad but these guys can't even figure out how to do a simple job of delivering towels and supplies, delivery drivers refuse to take mop heads because it's a "Dot violation" the day after I said I need to end my services, now I know why they force you into a 3 year contracts. They even promised my first month would be free, but I instantly was billed as soon as they set up equipment. Don't let them fools you.

The drivers at this company are pretty nice and efficient. HOWEVER the company sales people which include the drivers push you into more products that you don't really need and that automatically is added to your 3 year contract, which I was told was a yearly contract. I can't cancel anything I order without paying a penalty and their prices have raised 30% in a year. I can't wait for our contract to end so I can find a better company.

The company was great when I first signed up in the middle of the pandemic. 6 months later they raised my rates by 40% without any notice and now I'm stuck in a contract with them. The drivers are great but as usual a corporation is only looking out for their share holders not their small business customers. I would avoid them for the simple fact that they raise rates without any notice.

Aramark is a terrible company!!! If there was ZERO stars I would pick that! Like negative stars is more reasonable for how terrible this company is.

First, they try to lock you into contracts that are NOT in your best interest as a customer. If you try to get out of it (say the service isn't working out for your business anymore) then they threaten to sue you for breach of contract in the future earnings they claim they'll lose.

We took over our business from the previous owner. On the bill were charges for a mop that the driver didn't even know where it was! He'd never even changed it out yet we're paying a fee every month to have it changed out. That's the kind of things they do.

Also prices can increase and they will not call you beforehand. Suddenly you're just paying more and have zero input. And if you want to reduce service you can expect to go through a whole entire effort and stress to do that.

The drivers themselves are decent people just doing their job, but the company policies are terrible and NOT IN YOUR BEST INTEREST! It's like being in prison going with Aramark.

I would urge the greatest caution when dealing with this company. My experience was that their sales people went to a satellite facility, and talked the on-site assistant manager into signing a FIVE YEAR contract without ever bringing this matter to the owners. When the service proved unsatisfactory and the assistant manager tried to cancel the service, only then did the owners learn of the extended contract, which was written in very small, hard-to-read fine print. At that point we also found that their contract was backed by a high-powered law firm that threatened us with prevailing party legal fees if we didn't pay them in full for the full five years. Under duress of risk of owing huge legal fees if we lost in court, we negotiated a settlement to their liking, but less than the full five year amount of the contract. CAUTION!!!

I put in my termination notice of service beyond 2 months ago and they are still bringing our store towels. Plus they are still billing us for it. Do not use Aramark, they are no cheaper than any other company and they do not care about their customers; only the money they get from them.

Unbelievably incompetent company. They only make about half their deliveries. But charge us for all of them. Rate keeps getting jacked up and anytime I put in a call to their service desk it takes 4 to 5 follow up calls before anyone calls me back. They leave their deliveries on your front porch instead of locked in the secure building they have a code to. I have NEVER dealt with a company that is so consistent at being horrible. Please google, let me rate zero stars.

Only 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Consistently miss deliveries and bill you for it anyway. Like to add a bunch of nonsense onto your bill for "ruining" things and hold you hostage with a contract. Don't do it.

In my experience and opinion, Aramark is a contract scheme looking for a victim. If you read their contract they have rights and you get bills, ever increasing bills. If you cancel the contract it gets ugly. Look elsewhere.

Zero stars should be an option. I will not be surprised to see a class action lawsuit come forward against this company.
