This bank has offered my family mostly good advice and sound banking from the beginning of its existence.

Worst bank ever!!! I have to deal with the trust department and I rent a property from them... since we are in a PANDEMIC I had to seek outside help to pay my rent from SERA and it was the worst experience. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t email back, long story short I had to do their job for them and because of their lack of communication I wasn’t able to get the help from the program AND THEN they tried to tell me that it’s my fault and I should have done more!!!!!! I had to call them 5 times a day just so they could respond to one of my agents emails.... so please tell me what else I was supposed to do! And when I first signed the lease it said 3 years my previous trustee was supposed to change it to 2 years and never changed it... don’t do business with this bank it... it’s like pulling teeth to get them to do anything right!

Awful, awful, awful. "Forgot" to put property into our name when they resigned as trustees. Terrible.
