Martin Luther King Jr. Park

Great park. Nice playgrounds, picnic tables, bbq pits, clean bathrooms. Great place to reserve the picnic area and have a BBQ. You can reserve the picnic area ahead of time and they allow bounce houses. The only thing that could get even better is to have it reserved when the pool is open.

There is a very tall and skinny pine tree, the play ground is also made from natural grass. Very nice place.

Perfect soccer field

A couple of playgrounds, picnic tables, big astro turf field, and pretty sure there's a restroom. Plenty of people bring their dogs here, some grassy shady areas to sit and hang out.

Great for little sports, kids friendly, soccer and baseball ok.

It's a family oriented place for kids mostly safe nice environment where baby sitters or parents usually are very kind and respectful.

The Martin Luther King Center Park is considered a landmark to many of us who are native to San Mateo, California. I learned to play ping pong there, I learned to swim there, I played in the play ground many hours in a days time, I've participated in many events there and most of all the childhood memories bring nothing but SMILES to my face.
I believe this special place can do the same for many children and adults. So let and allow your children and family members to have the same memories. It couldn't be a better place! 😄

It has tables for meals, barbecues and children's playground, clean and organized place.

Huge field for running and playing games and soccer!
