I had a carpet cleaning scheduled and when the team arrived, Jesse went over the whole process in incredible detail. He thoroughly examined the location and went through the whole processes piece by piece, he they explained all the options and even made great recommendations. Through the whole process i felt informed and knew that i was dealing with a trustworthy crew and company. I had confident in the recommendations that Jesse made and the result were beyond my expectations. They delivered on everything they promised and more; his recommendations even saved me money as opposed to making empty processes to drive the bill up.

I used this company twice and each time the work was excellent. Jessie and Angel were able to take out all the stains in our carpet that were caused by housebreaking our new puppy. You wouldn’t even know that we had a puppy! They were professional and friendly. They made me feel like our satisfaction was very important to them. I would highly recommend this company and Jessie and Angel in particular.

I can't say enough great things about this company and crew. We have used them for years and they are consistently on time, professional, careful, kind and considerate. Jessie and Angel leave our wall to wall carpeting looking like new. They give us tips on maintenance. This week we had a disastrous spill and Mike was nice enough to find a way to fit our job in even though they were incredibly busy. They left the carpet in wonderful, restored shape. They are utterly reliable and very talented. AND their products are non toxic which is very important to us!

The owner answered the phone and discussed how they would treat our wool carpets gently. The crew called before they came, and were a pleasure to work with. Jesse and his teammate were friendly and helpful. They did the job quickly and consulted with us about wear patterns in the carpet fiber that couldn't be removed by cleaning. The carpets looked beautiful after they were done.

With 3 cats in the house there's always something to be cleaned up and it's not worth buying new carpeting -- and now the carpets looks like new anyway! I was staying at an AirBnb where the previous tenants left the mattress stained with urine. The host arranged for Peninsula Chem-Dry to come out. Upon inspection, the cleaners shared that the cleaning would not be able to fully sanitize the mattress, and remove the stains and odours. I cannot express how much I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of this business. They made it clear to the AirBnb host that while they could perform the cleaning, it would not be 100% sanitary due to the extent of the damage. I highly recommend this business for their honesty and professionalism.

Jesse and Angel did a wonderful job on our carpets, which were Very dirty and stained by pets. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very courteous. I recommend them and will use them again.

Jessie and Angel did a great job for me today! They were both very courteous and Jessie took time to explain the options for getting the stains out of our carpet. It was severely strained from my dog being sick, but you can't tell at all now.

Mike is the man! I called to request a cleaning of a second hand mattress that's been in storage for a while. Upon coming to inspect it, doing a thorough inspection of all the sides and checking for stains, dust, etc. - Mike advised to actually NOT get the cleaning as the mattress was in basically new condition. Mike noted he would be happy to do it if I REALLY wanted, but also compared it to me throwing away money. He gave me tips on how to do a thorough self clean instead and advised I get a new mattress top if I'm worried about stains. How many firms would have DECLINED to make business?? I really appreciate their HONESTY and INTEGRITY. I will now use them whenever I need any carpet, upholstery cleaning, and request MIKE. Thank you!

The team was punctual and organized. They took special care in setting up and in prepping the carpet for cleaning. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to clean the carpet, getting out stains that other cleaners weren't sure could be removed. Thank you so much!
