Best dry cleaners in San mateo

Visited this place three times. Two times for dry cleaning my winter jackets (the heavy coats with fur hoodie) and one for some paddings. The owner helped me pad the holes on my pants.
The dry cleaning service was good. The owner did a pretty good job with removing the dirty parts on the jacket’s sleeves. The downside was it was quite pricey imo ($50/1 time) 🥲 my jackets are not big brands, and I got them on sale ($50 each), so $50 for cleaning two jackets was almost the same price for buying a new one.

I went this store because of good reviews. I got my Canada Goose jacket dry washed there. It was bought last winter. When I got my jacket, it has a lot of white spots. I went back to the store and wanted them to fix it. However, she told me that they cannot fix it since it is color faded and told me that it is the quality of the cloth itself, it's not their responsibility. She asked me to go to the department ask them for exchange or refund. I went back to the store. Since it's been bought almost a year, they were unable to exchange it. And was told that it should be the dry clean shop's responsibility. I felt really upset now, cause it is a really expensive jacket.

Rip off their supposed to dry clean my clothes they just ironed the dirt into clothes thank God I found a same day cleaners The clothes were smelling so badIt seems like it was worse before I brought them in thereBut the other gentleman cleaned it and it had no smell thank God I would never go back there againWaste of my time and money
