I have been a customer of Dan and Helen's for many, many years. They are always so very kind and courteous and offer amazing customer service. Everything is always done to their high standards.

But, this week Dan and Helen went above and beyond the call of duty. My college-age son purchased a hard-shell bike box that had a defect in the strap that was to secure the box. The strap was too short and needed to be lengthened. To make matters even more difficult, the strap is riveted to the box and cannot be removed. I brought in this awkward box and showed them what needed to be done. They said they would definitely give it a try. To add to the request, I needed it done by the next morning since my son was leaving the next day. They got right on it and called that evening saying it was done and ready to be picked up. The workmanship was impeccable - one wouldn't know that it had been moved and resewn. On top of that, the amount they charged was more than reasonable. My son tried to give them more, but they would not accept it. They indicated that they were just glad to help.

I love coming here....feels like family. Always friendly & they have such positive attitude :)

Great prices on wash and fold. $2/lb! No damaged clothes. No missing clothes. No problems! Just simple.

The people that work here always do a great job and are kind, courteous and professional.

No issues with shirt laundry but they are very aggressive to upsell the shirt cleaning to dry cleaning or fancy shirt fees.
