The park has softball and lawn tennis courts alongside basketball courts quite a huge field for soccer or other sports. Kids play area. Fairly clean restrooms.
Walkable distance my house. My kids and parents love taking their morning evening strolls every day.

Good place to walk dogs. The park is never super busy, and it's beautiful to walk around in. There's a playground for children as well, and there seems to be little children with parents or nannies helping them have fun!

Nice open park. Plenty of grass area to run around. Nice shady areas on warm days. Playground and bathroom are closed due to COVID19, but have used them in the past.

great park, never stressful, everyone is friendly ❤
I don't know if there is a formal off-leash time, or area, for dogs but there seems to be an agreement that friendly owners let friendly dogs play off to a side or in an area where they won't disturb anyone. The park can be quite busy at times, there seems to be a volleyball league on Sunday nights, and lots of bbq and gatherings on the weekend days. Visit during the day on a weekday if you'd like to enjoy more solitude.
Clean bathrooms available.

The park was very clean, grass cut, play area was nice, no garbage in or around play areas and the bathrooms were clean, I didn't feel like I had to use more than 1 seat cover. I was traveling back and forth to Oregon, we stopped at rest sites and the bathrooms were not very clean and in some cases there were bugs. At Lone Hill the bathroom always has toilet paper and Sinks clean to wash your hands. This was a party for my grandson who turned 2. When we left we all pitched in and threw are garbage away and separated recyclables and took them home. We had no problems with any other people and most people around us were very nice. I would recommend this park to anyone. I do suggest that if your planning a large party, or having a jump house, you should really go to the parks and recreation and pay a small fee 2 reserve an area. We were lucky and didn't have time to reserve but were greatly pleased to b able to get a table 😀 and everyone had a great time. The kids enjoyed having a separate side for older kids and a great play area for the younger ones.

Nice neighborhood park with lots of grass area for people to be able to use. Have met many nice people here over the years. Because of the huge trees on the sides, there is plenty of shade throughout the day. The city takes decent care of this park.

This is a really nice local park in San Jose. I am learning to play pickleball. Other pickleball players suggested to meet there to play. There are three nicely marked courts that are in good shape. I did not explore or use the park beyond the pickleball courts. There's also a basketball court, picnic tables, and at least one restroom.

Quiet, peaceful park. Grass recently refreshed. Picnic tables with charcoal grills available. The park provides play structures for preschool age and grade school age children.
Several trees around the perimeter spaced ideally for hanging a hammock and relaxing.

Went during lunch time. The park is a long stretch of land. Plenty of space to do large outdoor activities. There's two basketball courts and two play structures near the middle of the park. The park is situated inside a neighborhood. Doesn't seem to get too crowded either.

Very nice park with two sections of playground for different sized children. Huge field and basketball courts. A lot of neighbors bring their dogs there to run. Later in the day (6ish) can get sketchy, and you definitely want to be gone by sunset due to less friendly elements showing up to "hang out".

My kids favorite park. My older daughter can ride her bike around the paths and the younger can play on slides. The bathrooms are always very clean for a park bathroom (no needles, no garbage, no condoms or other creepy gross stuff we've seen in other parks) and the equipment is in good repair. When a slide was broken the area was blocked off, labeled, and secured so the children couldn't play on it. It took awhile for it to get fixed but it did eventually.

Decent size park with two standard playgrounds, restroom, picnic tables and barbecue pits. There are big grass covered fields with lots of trees. However the playgrounds are not protected by trees.
