VIP Program Manager and Internet Manager at Putnam Mazda. A fellow car enthusiast and rotary aficionado, we hit it off right away. He worked with me to get me the deal I wanted on my new Mazda and was quite simply a pleasure to meet and deal with. He even offered to pick me up from the airport (both San Fran and San Jose) since I had to fly in from Los Angeles to pickup my car. How awesome is that?!

The entire deal from start to finish was stress free and completely free of games that many dealerships like to play with customers. If more dealerships were honest like this we’d be better off and potential buyers would be less weary. Even when I got into financing and I was introduced to Kyle, Putnam Mazda’s Finance Manager the good experience continued. He was patient and honest while I asked all of my questions and looked over the numbers which is oftentimes not the case. It was just an overall great environment and seemed like a great place to both work and buy from.

While I can’t speak for their service department being that I love I Los Angeles, I can say wholeheartedly that from the buying end the people and dealership are awesome at this Mazda store. If you want to buy a Mazda, go to Putnam Mazda and ask for Vasily or Will. They are both great people to work with when buying a car. We initially were working with Will when we began looking at different Mazda models. He was informative and not pushy or aggressive in selling us a car. We were in our first phase of just trying to figure out what kind of car we should get and Will still took the time to go through the different cars. When we decided to test drive we went back to Putnam Mazda but Will wasn’t working that day and Vasily came out to help us. We told him that we have been working with Will but he said it was not a problem and took the time to help us. We test drove 4 cars that day with Vasily! He was very detailed and informative of the cars we test drove to make sure the car would fit our needs and that it was perfect for us even though we weren’t ready to purchase a car that day. This is what we would call a perfect salesman. We can’t say enough positive things about these two gentlemen. We can guarantee you will have a positive experience working with them.

Best dealer experience I could have hoped for. Nestor attended us immediately, quickly, and did not waste time. Zero non-sense. He was very informative, did not play silly dealer games, and was thoughtful. The price was fair, and they were upfront about the cost we would pay. He had the car detailed as we did all the paperwork so it was ready to go as soon as we finished with the finance department. By the way, also fantastic. He offered, pitched warranties, but respected when we declined. We were in and out in just under 2 hours. I will recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family members. Great experience and I hope it stay that way for the next time I buy another Mazda :)

My salesman Vasily and Will are the best guy I ever met. Vasily kept sending me the car videos until I found the one that's suits me. They really help me when finding the cars and everything. They have a lot of patient and even give me two test drives. We have a lot of fun during the test drive. They wait for me while I applied for the loans that took like 3 or 4 hours. They got the best prices for me and I am very happy with everything. They treats customers like their family. I am 100 percent sure I will be back here again.

We had an excellent experience leasing a 2024 CX 90 PHEV. We talked to Justin Johnson over the phone to see if they had what we were looking for, and he was pretty straightforward with the deals and details, and easy to work with. After that, we went to the dealership, did the test drive and he assisted us with the available options. I totally recommend him if you are looking for a new car, as he makes the experience of buying/leasing a car really seamless and transparent, avoiding any type of uncomfortable seller/buyer dynamics.
As per Mazda, we really liked the car and Mazda by keeping their core principles in their cars. Good looking exterior design and an elegant, intuitive and simple interior w/o massive screens and with actual physical controls (including the really good rotary knob).
And finally, although being a new platform and a big PHEV vehicle, the CX 90 drives like a (Mazda) car in a good way, either you are in sport, normal or EV mode.

Before taking my driving test, I went to Putnam Mazda to check out CX30 and CX5. When we arrived at the dealership, Josh helped us find the best car for me and my family. Right after my driving test, I scheduled to take a look again at the model I chose the first time I went. When we arrived at the scheduled time, he showed us the car which has better interior than the first one. After seeing the car, I immediately told him that I will be getting it. It is the model that I wanted, the color and better seat material. He helped us from the beginning until the end and talked about the other features of the car. Also, Jay from the finance team was very nice and helpful like Josh. They gave us a great deal and easy to talk to. I had a great experience at this dealership.

I had been doing many months of internet research about the car buying process and what car suits me the most before I went to the store to buy. I was a bit worried about being taken advantage of by car salespeople, but working with Duchih Yu (Sales Manager) and Oliver Yogo Leyva (Finance Manager) made me feel secure and in great hands. Acquiring my first ever new car, a 2024 Mazda CX-5 with all the features I want/ need and more, ended up being a really fun and memorable experience! Duchih was fantastic in explaining all the features of the car, and was great at answering my questions about this and other cars I was considering. Oliver was equally as good at getting me the best prices especially with the service add-ons and warranties I wanted. Lots of added on service they provided as well, like a fresh car wash before taking the car, and Duchih driving the new car back to my home right after the purchase. I really am happy about buying from them, and I look forward to going to this place for my regular maintainance schedules as I know they will give great service.

Josh at Putnam Mazda is wonderful! He was extremely patient, genuine, and listened to things I was most interested in during my car buying process.
