I always grab a crack bowl from this place on my lunch break! Love the food, healthy options, vegan options, it’s quick, they’re friendly, what’s not to love?

Love everything about this place…the food is amazing, fresh and healthy! Service is quick and super friendly! And the vibe is relaxed…you feel as though you’re sitting in your favorite coffeehouse as you take in the books and listen to great music.

Service: 11/5 Roseanne is super nice. Hooked me up with a cookie as a newbie. She assured me it did not taste gluten free. I wish I had bought a dozen!

Food: 11/5 take Jack's bagels and wrap it around the best burrito you've had in a long time. I also don't generally like chicken, but this stuff was cooked and seasoned just right. This place earns the food liaison title with its ability to food whisper.

I get lunch at the Food Liason pretty much every day. I love the crack bowl and the people that work there are awesome. Nice healthy local spot.

The Food Liaison has some of the best burritos. Their daily edition is usually as unique as it is delicious. This is by far one of the best lunch spots in Carpinteria.

Golden child chicken crack burrito is what I think it was called….THE BEST!

The crack bowl and prosciutto open faced sandwich were so so good. Very clean and pleasant inside. Very enjoyable experience. Will be back! Very reasonably priced.

I've had the chance of eating there several times and I'm glad to be a returning patron. They consistently have high-quality items that are flavorful and healthy.

This is probably my favorite food in all of California. The food here is addictive and healthy and so delicious. What Nirasha and the team do here on a daily basis is nothing short of magic. Go eat the chicken crack bowl, the avocado toast, the fig prosciutto toast, and pretty much every dessert. The daily specials can also be a real treat... especially the “sells out every time” shrimp crack bowl.

The Food Liason has some of the best local foods with such a unique taste. I love their crack bowl. I know. It sounds strange. But it honestly is the best bowl of kale and quinoa that I've ever eaten in my life. It also has sweet grilled onions and your choice of chicken or vegan.

I just love their food and their people. You can tell when someone cares and cooks with passion. Today, I tried their "crack burrito" and it brought back me so many memories and flavors from my childhood, it felt like home to me. So, thank you for that.

Love TFL food and staff! Their food is not only delicious but healthy and refreshing too! Nothing beats their crack bowl and chicken shawarma cups!

Not a Vegan, Not a Vegetarian...and I Love Food Liaison! Great Food, Great People and Always friendly and stellar service. Their Catering Dept is top notch too...whether quick take out lunch to bring home or noshing at a local event...I've Never Been Disappointed. 5 Stars + a💎!

Their food is always delicious. Their salad bar is amazing. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I came in with my baby and they helped me carry my food to the car. I highly highly recommend this place for healthy and vegetarian food.

Great selection of food, the quality of the food is always fantastic! The service there is on par with any 5 star restaurant. Expect to have a great time and great food no matter what you get. If you have any problems or questions they are always happy to answer.

I finally tried the chicken crack bowl and it was AMAZING! No complaints except parking was difficult and I wish there was better non alcoholic beverage variety but that didn't cause for any loss stars because that bowl was so good!
