I stop for Coffee almost Daily at this location. The employees are professional as well as courteous.

A review a month after my first review. UPDATE!!

This arco really misses the spot with me. It's a shame being that I will make a purchase from Arco everyday. But today. I walked out. And didn't buy anything. Not even gas even though I needed it. I decided to use my Arco card at a completely different gas station which will end up charging me more but I find it hard to continue to give my money and make purchases to an Arco that misses the mark. ALL I ever get from Arco. 3 white monsters. A breakfast sandwich. And 2 packs of "fresh baked" oatmeal cookies. That last 2 weeks. They have had nothing but hard cookies. And far from fresh baked. They are over cooked. And usually don't taste good because of it. They cook out more lunch items (hot dogs. Cheeseburgers. Etc) more then actual breakfast items during breakfast. Which doesn't make sense to me. They have a really hard time keeping there stock stocked. So alot of the times I end up grabbing warm drinks.

February 19th I walked into this Arco. No oatmeal raisin cookies. (Haven't had any for over a week now) there monsters were warm (don't know why. They had all night to stock them before morning rush hour. ) I put the ONLY breakfast sandwich they had back in there warm box. And walked out. It's a shame. Cause I woukd go to this arco FAR more and spend FAR more money there if they actually had the items consistently stocked. I live far closer to 7-11 where I can walk to 7-11. But still favor arco if they could actually get it together. I guess. For now. I'll be going elsewhere. Maybe I'll give them another shot to impress me. And keep impressing me like the Arco in Piru off the 126. One of the BEST arcos there is. To bad that arco is a 45-60 minute drive away. Almost worth the extra drive so I can ACTUALLY get what I want EVERYDAY.

When you stop to fill up and buy a bunch of snacks and ask to use the restroom and they lie to your face and say it’s out of order the other employee was as shocked as I was and shrugged his shoulders. I’ve never been treated this way in my life!

This location is supposed to be 24/7
It’s a Tuesday @2:30am and a male associate was outside cleaning, and says there closed ..?
How are they closed but your still working?
And he was very rude when addressing it.

I would give it NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Fabiola is EXTREMELY rude and I most definitely will never spend my hard earned money at this store again. This is an INconvenient store. Worst way to start my early morning.

This store more than 25 years that I bought my coffee and fueled my cars more than 8000 $ 7000 made the account that I give this store per year, but 5 days ago a worker. He treated me very badly, he was wearing liquid gloves putting a lid on my coffee and I told him not to give me a new one to put on my glass of coffee, he got angry, he yelled at me and he was screaming throughout the store. I ignored him I left. This is why I left this store never to stop at this store again.The workers who are or have been working including the butler all the time have never had problems in this store, I have arrived very happy and they take care of me very well, but due to the fault of a worker I retired is new, I have been looking at it for 34 Weeks from there all the staff to me have been a wonderful family. This is what I have said because they take good care of me, but I was removed from this store by a worker who treated me very badly.

Horrible customer service, cashier was extremely rude and when I said maybe he shouldn't be rude to his customers he told me to "shove it up my ass." Ridiculous! I will never use this store again and will encourage others to stay away as well.

Worst gas station in Carp. I really don't know why is still in business. Manager "Sonia" so rude no customer service skills at all and the new women with the glasses is worst than her. Voiding that place even in my own town.

Jun/08/2020- they were charging 35 cents fee to pay with debit which in multiple states including California is illegal

Very rude staff. Could have easily turned into a fight.

They do not accept credit cards, cash only. Really strange place!
