Very neat and had all of my favorite items.

Great produce section, deli, pharmacy, meat department, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Quite nice for such a small quant town like Carpinteria.

Needed some supplies for our vacations. They had everything we needed and very nice employees.

Bright, clean and everything we needed prompted me to give this Albertsons 5 stars. We didn’t need much, but we cruised up and down the aisles in case we forgot something. Like cookies!

Checkout was a breeze. We did it ourself, and needed no additional help. We were good cheap labor!

I never shop here. But they are there. There are no sons here. They should change the name. Overall this is a great location for it. Carpentaria. Nestled among the cloudy hills. This time I did buy few items.

Friendly cashiers, helpful employees. Lots of choices- can find almost everything here plus it has the pharmacy with wonderful pharmacists and other staff. Due to recent events some things have gone up in price unfortunately but other than that it's great- the baggers are always out grabbing the grocery carts so your car won't get hit with them and so you can confidently find them! They even have a bathroom open to the public in case it's needed.

Great store. Carries everything you need and more. Very clean. Best supermarket north of Ventura.

Good store with friendly staff. Remember to bring your own bags.

My experience there was amazing cause I use to live in Carpinteria for 52yrs and went there a lot to shop well 10yrs ago I moved to Ventura CA and I really miss shopping at Albertsons in Ventura we don't have an Albertsons we had it's sister company Vons which is ok I shop there a lot so these trips I make to Carpinteria Albertsons are truly special to me cause this store is a place I know feel good shopping there cause it's one of the friendly grocery store to shop for my needs so I highly recommend this Albertsons store to anyone looking for a place to shop in comfort and know you got a great deal this is your store

Just listened to the NPR show, I didn't know this is the place the "bag-less" trend began. I think that's great, wonderful that you're concerned about our environment. Way to be a leader! Hat's off to the manager, you are a pioneer and a gentleman. :) :) :)

Awesome store with good stock. Only complain Customer Service area was closed.

This place is great. I can't believe all the whiners that demand instant customer service. Come on...its a grocery store serving thousands of people a day. I was there yesterday. found what I wanted at a fair price, stood in line, paid and left. What else is there? the problem is as always...Price. everyone complains about customer service being not excellent. But no one wants to pay higher prices to get it. Its all about cheap, cheap, cheap. If you go to a chain like Albertsons, you get what you pay for. Why not go to the local mom & pop shop instead if you want personal service? Why? because then all the reviews are bad because of high prices. I real feel sorry for the state of our poor retailers today.

Huge! The floral department is one of the best I've seen. Also CVS pharmacy and local-branded clothing. Good deals on discount bakery in far SW corner of store, where you will also find the public restroom.

This market is crammed with most everything you can want or need for your home or a campout. Aisles stocked high overhead with food, drinks and dry goods along with hot and cold deli's. It is clean, bright, cheery with friendly helpful personnel. It's situated in a large plaza with plentiful parking.

I had a really good experience here recently. I work at SB Cottage but live in Ventura. Before COVID-19 hit our area I would typically shop at my local Ventura Vons. But since most markets are closed by 9pm I usually can’t get there with enough time to shop.

I stopped by recently after work to pick up some essential items. A manager/employee named Louise was so very helpful in guiding me where to find stuff in an unfamiliar store. Louise was very outgoing with a great sense of humor.

The store was well stocked considering there’s been high demand on certain items. People were generally practicing appropriate social distance and face covering.

Overall, my preference is to shop here on the way home.

We are huge fans of our local Albertsons! It's such a pleasure to shop here ... the prices are fair, it's clean and bright, we can find almost every food item we need here, the produce and fish are always fresh, and the customer service is excellent. My husband really enjoys the rotisserie turkey breast that they cook on the premises ... not often one can find that in a grocery chain store. The only improvement that I'd like to see is with the cut flowers ... the selection is not that good, they're quite pricy and they don't last very long. But 5 stars for everything else and we're delighted to have such good grocery store in a small town like Carp ... so much better than the local Vons.

Tuesday late afternoon, got a cart in the parking lot and to my surprise a woman left her handbag in the child seat of the cart. Turned the purse in at customer service, was surprised that the clerk or manager didn't ask for my name. I sure hope the owner realized where she left her handbag and came back to Albertsons. 🤞

The checkers and workers are always so friendly and personalable...particularly Gabriel who kindly complimented my ring the other day; such a sweetheart!
