There are great deals to find here! But beware to only pay in CASH because once I tried to return something on a debit card, and the purchase was never refunded to my card. If I find anything here above 50 dollars I pay cash only. Everyone is very nice here and I love how close this location is to my home 🏡 I got this beautiful wall art piece here 😍 It was too big to fit in my car so I walked it home.

Great deals , wish there was more registers available but they do have self checkout if you are using a credit or debit card instead of cash making it a lot easier to get out quick avoiding long lines .

Ross has been around for years and I have found great bargains but you have to dig for them and so go when you have lots of time. Oft times, the lines are long so you may have to wait 15 minutes to check out so gauge your time. I find the quality of the clothing used to be better but same in all the top of the line stores...good silks and cottons are hard to find. I find the employees are quite helpful and they have gone out of their way to help me find something...I give it five stars because it is what it is - a place full of bargains!

Amazingly enough, most people in the store are still wearing masks. The store is as it usually is. And we were only looking for luggage 🧳 and and actually found something we are very happy with for under $40. I was very pleased when I know that must be a hot ticket item at this time.
It was black, meets checked luggage size requirements, light weight, and a spinner!

Heaven for shoppers, price really affordable with quality products. Lots of choice here, suggested to shopping here by my Uber taxi. I can buy Levis jean for USD29.90 only. Is much cheaper compare with price at my country Malaysia.

Found a beautiful maxi dress, light weight fabric, Only 1and in my size! Lots of free parking. The staff helpful and smiles. Very organized by Dept and sizing of clothing. Very popular store on Upper State Street in Santa Barbara, CA

Love ROSS! Absolutely love Ross. Granted, sometimes the store in Five Points could use some cleaning up, however it's a wonderous place of treasures. There is always something cool/interesting & needed at Ross. One gets extreme value for one's money. The Ross in Goleta, is just a wonderful. If you're looking for "buried treasures" you cannot go wrong at Ross. Plus they cater to all sizes and the prices are the same, what a coup!

Couldn't live without this store it's where I buy my clothes. And now the Kmarts leaving it's the only place I'll have! They have a little bit of everything and the quality always seems to be decent.

I probably shop at Ross More than any other store I always find something I need and at a price you can't beat.

Ok loved the selection at the store but I could not have been more annoyed with the fact they have to check everything that you are trying on and check everything when you leave.

I found what I wanted and more, too bad u can't take your cart outside the store, which makes it harder to get to your car, especially if you bought a mirror,for example 😕

Disproportionally high number of items that qualify as a score here. Ross tends to be hit or miss and this one hits a lot more than I've come to expect. I always try to go through if I'm in the area.
