Dr Afshin Abdollahi

Excellent office, staff and dentist. He was very thorough during his exams. I felt confident that his background and education insured that I was receiving great care. I appreciated that he suggested improvements but didn’t push me to choose them if they were not a fit for my pocket book.

This review is way over due!
I have been going to doctor afshin for about 18 years.
I can’t say enough about his work ethic and professionalism.
He is a wonderful doctor and very honest and caring. His staffs are very friendly too.
We are all glad to have him as our family dentist.

The office is super clean ans orgnized, they have a great punctuality and staffs are super friendly. Dr afshin did a great job on my teeth and I really appriciate it..

I've been going to this dental office for as long as i can remember, they treat me as family and i always feel at home. Their dental care is wonderful and i would recommend them to everyone of my family and friends.

Have had years of great service from Dr Abdollahi. He's always been great to deal with. I always feel like he cares about the people he works on.

This revue is over due did not post anything before because of the strong and many years of being a client me and my girls. The friendly staff and Dr. manner are not in question but something very personal to me was when my oldest teen aged daughter started going to the appointment by herself she mentioned to the Dr. she felt like her Moller where coming in . He would tell her that he would check next time and did not follow up on it . 6 months the later my daughter went on vacation and after landing the altitude of the plane made one of her Moller shift and swelled up her cheek. She ended having surgery to get them removed in a foreign country country that is very scary we had to first look up through our insurance what they would cover in that area. The orthodontist said this could have been avoided if the regular dentist would have done his job correctly . We ended up paying for braces and removal of her 4 Moller’s . This was very upsetting for us when we have been taking our girls since they where little. Since then I moved to a different dentist . My girls no longer wanted to be taken there.It’s pretty painful see in them going through pain when it would have been avoided.Be an advocate for teeneger years.I trusted that the Dr. Would hear my daughters concerns but that was not the case.Dr. Do make mistakes.

Today I called Dr. Abdollahi's Office for my Mom's Prosthetics which needed only some clue to stick her prosthetic to her implant but unfortunately I received a voice mail from a lady from his office mentioned "we are not accepting Medical, Medicare or any other insurance, and also we don't take care any body else implants." For Iranian American I really expected to receive positive energy and good and warm welcoming but it looks like that lady doesn't have ethical business and doesn't know how to treat to patients in critical situations. At the end I figured that out that lady is Dr Abdollahi family because her family name , so she might be her sister.
For Dr. Afshin Abdollahi: Sir, You sweared to treat patients when you became doctor but this kind of behavior and rude actions from your office is not acceptable, at least they could make an appointment for my mom.

Anyway don't recommend to talk to his office at all!

Extremely disappointed with their service. Called them multiple times for the past two and a half month to schedule an appointment with my HMO, and every time they come up with an bureaucratic excuse. At the end, their staff tells me she does not care!
