Grateful to have this easy and convenient parking facility in downtown San Motel!

Also it is very nice to have digital sign to let you know how much available space in each structure!

It is not dirty but we can over look that! Ground floor have 3 hus limit but up to 10 hus on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor!

Let me give you an advice. If you go to downtown San Meteo during weekend or peak hours, don't even bother looking for street parking. You'll spend hours just going around trying your luck. Go to this parking garage instead.

Fee is pretty reasonable during business hours, and it's free after 6PM Mon-Sat, and free all day on Sunday and holidays. You might have to go to the very top but I went on a busy Saturday during peak hours and was able to find some parking. Save yourself the hassle!

Large garage for a small downtown area. 3 levels and easy to drive around in. Only takes cash or coin so be careful with that. Don't forget to pay your space before you walk away!

Great to have the indoor parking spaces in the downtown, but needs a bit of renovation at this point! Hope it's a bit more safer and cleaner.

Now they accept credit cards its nice and easy.

Lifesaver in rush hour San Mateo

It is really nice to have such a large and conveniently located garage right in downtown that allows up to 10 hours of parking. Even on a Saturday, it wasn't difficult to find a spot. Big problem came after I parked, I knew the meter only took cash (thanks to other reviewers), but, first meter I went to was broken, the second meter could only take coins, the dollars side was also broken. Who carries that much coins? Had to go to get change. They really need to update and maintain the meters, Like the ones on the streets!

Nice place to park. There seems to be always at least a couple of empty spaces here. It is easily accessible as it spans over two blocks. Parking is also free here after 6 pm and on Sundays.

My favorite garage in San Mateo. Easy to find a parking spot. The monthly permit is more expensive than other garages for whatever reason, but it's still my favorite. It's convenient to get out of and onto El Camino or toward the highway depending on which exit you take. The covered area stays pretty cool in the summer.

Can get crazy during peak hours and will get less crowded around 8pm.

I have a monthly permit because I work nearby. The garage seems safe and clean. It is almost always full during peak hours.

Funny to like a parking garage - it usually has a couple spots open even on the busy nights. It's also free after 6pm!
