Very relaxing! The orchids in the window are so pretty to look at, the music is calming, the chairs do a massage, and the personnel are so kind (as well as talented). I hade a very nice manicure and will certainly be returning 🙂

By far one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I have been going here the past three years, and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes and I never make an appointment, only walk-in. I'm horrible with nail polish, and smudge everything - gel polish is amazing, and they do a great job of caring for my nails each time I come back to have it taken off. Staff is courteous, social, friendly. Facilities are clean, thorough, and methodical with how they take care of both equipment and people. Prices are fair given the ever-increasing costs of running a business in Burlingame and the lack of wait because they always have adequate staff available. I pay $65 + tip for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Might seem high to others, but consistency in service is incredibly important to me. :)

Nice ladies and did an excellent job! They give the best foot and leg massages and my mani/pedi is very pretty. They don't rush you here, so don't be in a rush - they want you to enjoy the experience. Pleasantly satisfied.

I am very particular (ie: hard to please perfectionis) and I LOVE Aerial Spa!!! This was the first time I used Aerial. The atmosphere and energy is very welcoming, relaxing, friendly and clean. More importantly, they paid attention to my "little" requests and did an absolutely perfect pedi and gel mani!! I will be back!!!

Amazing experience for men, women or couples. Best manicures around and the pedicures are sublime. Make this a repeat experience! Staff are so accommodating. So many extras... Tea, massages, and cookies...

Aerial Spa is a wonderful hidden gem in Burlingame and a very special treat! I visit frequently alone or with friends to unwind and relax. You'll never leave disappointed.

THEY ARE NOW OPEN!!!! APPOINTMENTS NEEDED as they can only take so many people at a time, due to COVID-19. Great mani/pedi as always. So glad they are back.

Very friendly staff, but the tools were not sterilized.

Shocked this place has a good rating....The experience was poor from the moment we walked in for a scheduled group appointment. We asked for gel but the nail polish isn't clearly marked so it took forever to find the right paint to use and no one working helped our party of 5 and just kept sending people back to the two walls spaces...

They do not have manicure tables, so they pointed us into pedicure seats and told us to put our feet in with street shoes on...There is very little communication as they pile stuff on your lap and you have to reach sideways across to the technician for the entire appointment.

They had taken a walk-in before we got there, so while four ladies had their hands worked on, one was completely ignored in the seat. No prep for nails or acknowledgement, so she got up. After 25 minutes, the 5th nail technician said she was ready even though she hadn't cleaned the space. At that point everyone else was already well into the appointment so she declined service. The women working did not receive this well and made the remainder of the appointment very uncomfortable.

The biggest reason to avoid this place though is because they do not clean the tubs or equipment well and are using the same tubs for barefeet and shoes. Also, the end result for all four manicures done was pretty bad.
The cherry on top is they demand you tip in cash before you even go to tip.... 😅

It was the worse manicure and pedicure I ever has, I told that lady who was doing my nails don't cut it please just failed and she didn't understood because her English is poor, so she cut it , I told her to failed square round and she did it round . I had it done 3 days ago and is peeling off already. And top of that is so expensive. They changed me 60 dollars for a regular manicure and pedicure that I will pay 45 dollars in other places. Because it was not gel
