WeWork Office Space & Coworking

Love the place - very lively and trendy location. Nice staff and people here.
Only issue I had was parking - pretty pricy if you want to park in the same building

Great co-working space! We came here for an open day and really enjoyed the space. A lot of natural light, nice kitchen, nice working nooks and friendly staff. There are 4 floors, the 4th floor is the community floor and has a big space for working. It is also nice and vibey, would highly recommend this space. The wifi was a bit tricky, they gave us a login that we had to use, but had to approve some security certificate that was a bit weird.

Four floors of co-working space in a fairly new building with lots of windows and natural light. Location is very convenient, just off the Delaware St exit of Highway 92, and next to Caltrain's Hayward Park station. The parking situation is OK, not great. Parking in the building's lot is expensive ($2.50 each 30 minutes with $20 daily max). There is a lot of available parking across the street in the Caltrain lot ($5.50/day in the CalTrain app) and some easily walkable free street parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby walkable food options are limited. Beach Hut Deli is very good, but that's about it, though WeWork has scheduled food trucks rotate in often.

Best WeWork building I’ve been to in the Bay Area. The common areas are beautiful and spacious, with good sunshine access. Bonus feature: EV charging in garage!

This is an incredibly lovely and spacious workspace. The staff is super helpful and the energy is mellow and inspiring. Like most WeWork spaces, they've got great coffee, beer, and Kombucha on tap and weekly programming to liven things up. The proximity to the CalTrain is stellar and I highly recommend this space for those who spilt their time between SF and the Peninsula. Get in before it gets too crowded!

great atmosphere and good shared office space for work! they offer free drinks and sometimes snacks like today (donut day). its a clean and comfy place to do your work and isnt crowded at all. plenty of conference rooms you can book, or private booths if you need some privacy.

It's one of the bigger nicest we work out there. The staff of Gabby Daniella Aarushi are really motivated and keep having lots of events. The place is a delight to work

Booked a Day Pass on-demand here for the first time yesterday. The facility was very clean, easy to access and decent options for parking. The staff was BEYOND helpful - guiding us through best practices and tips to maximize our visit. They were also just very nice and enjoyable to be around. At one point, we stepped away to grab a bite and came back to find the room we left our items in locked - they went the extra mile to ensure our belongings were safe. I highly recommend, there are a lot of options for your work needs and a lot of flexibility.

WeWork locations are office or meeting places for those in places where you.l have no workspace or need a quick place to meet up for work. They have tons of locations all over the world and are easily accessible when you need them. Most of then have office space for companies as well, making it simple to have a place to go anytime you're in town. This one has a parking garage inside, lots of lobby and meeting room space, and lots of perks of food and beverages.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! You can tell they love working here! Lindsey is very helpful and was extremely accommodating! The space is very aesthetically pleasing and such a positive environment! Not to mention all there covid protocols made me feel extremely safe and taken care of, thank you Lindsey and the we work San Mateo team for making my experience wonderful!

Noelle helped us host an event there, and she was accommodating, punctual, and just an overall good person.
Once we got settled in, Lindsay and Jenna (sp?), make sure we had what we needed to run a great event and everything worked out great!

WeWork Concar is an awesome space to get your work done. The staff is extremely helpful. Jenna , one of the staff members , has been excellent in assisting with all the info I’ve needed since I walked through the doors. The support staff sanitize the spaces and common areas all day long and they’re incredibly meticulous . Excellent work environment.

I have been here more than 2 years, and this is a great WeWork location. The building has a great feel with high ceilings, lots of windows, and fun decor. The common areas are spacious and clean, and the staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. They have also done a very good job with COVID protocols, putting hand sanitizer and wipes everywhere, placing distancing reminders, and providing gloves/wax paper to use for high-touch surfaces.

I've been to a ton of WeWork locations throughout California since signing up. The 400 Concar location is easily my favorite of the bunch. This particular branch has multiple floors open to all members and is well kept and maintained. Each floor has plentiful seating within large, open spaces that make even working on a Monday a pleasant experience I look forward to.

This review is more about the staff than the company, however, I'm a big believer that employees are your best ambassadors. Day in and day out the wework team at this location has been incredible, making the lives of the people that work here more than enjoyable especially during a pandemic. Their level of professionalism and empathy are off the charts and I hope this becomes the standard for any company that puts people first.

Excellent work environment. Clean and well-lit spaces with lots of natural light. The staff are all absolutely outstanding. Very efficient and helpful. Always with a smile and time for a friendly chat. Everything combined - but particularly the staff - makes this a delightful place to work.

A great place to work and an amazing staff to help you with your needs. After a depressing year of work-from-home I was able to focus so much better working at wework! It was also reassuring that everything was constantly being cleaned and sectioned labels to maintain social distancing. I always look forward to coming here and its the only wework I've been in where they let you stay a bit after closing hours.

Covid changed the face and vibe of Wework, specifically the connections with the community team. I am so happy with the local staff here at 400 Concar. Rachel, Lindsey, Josie are all warm, friendly and super helpful to accommodate my needs as a Community member, and just friendly faces to see and say hello to. It's great to have a personal touch and consistent team to see day in and day out... Thank you for hiring great people!
