I saw Krystal for the first time today and could not recommend her more for injectables. She was informative and gentle. I felt like she really cares about her patients and put me at ease. The whole staff was super friendly when I arrived and I will definitely return.

A great MedSpa in the South Bay. The medical staff are professional and will make you look your best. Facials are amazing. My skin looks fantastic, highly recommend!

This is a long overdue review for Nurse Elizabeth Garcia. She has truly been an exceptional aesthetic provider, creating a memorable experience during my first visit to SkinSpirit Burlingame. Elizabeth demonstrated incredible patience, addressing all my concerns, providing treatment options, and offering skincare recommendations. She was respectful of my budget and went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each suggested treatment and product.
During our consultation, Elizabeth poured her heart and soul into guiding me, showcasing her evident love and passion for her work. It wasn't just a treatment; I didn't feel like just a patient. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to commit to anything.
Sitting in her treatment chair became a transformative experience, rebuilding my confidence and emphasizing the need for self-love and prioritization.
Notably, during my filler treatment, Elizabeth went the extra mile by conducting a mini facial and washing my entire face. Despite visiting numerous medical spas and plastic surgeons' offices, I've never received this level of care. The pre-treatment face cleaning/facial made me feel like I received more value for what I paid. I look forward to returning for more treatments with her. I’m glad I found such a gem at SkinSpirit.

Overall great experience with friendly staff and consultation with Elizabeth, RN. She was professional and personable and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. She was also very helpful in offering me a hand since I have a toddler which was very sweet and kind of her.

I’ve been seeing Krystal Shin PA for my Botox & Filler for a while now! She’s truly the best when it comes to cosmetics injections. I was so nervous to get my lips done and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I’m OBSESSED with my lips now! Botox is always on point also. She’s best!

SkinSpirit is an exceptional place of business and every person I've been blessed to meet either at the front desk or for a specific service has been a treasure. I've had several facials with Aurora who also highly recommended Crystal to me for additional services I expressed an interest in. My first Signature Facial a few months ago was excellent and my second Signature Facial with Dermaplane last week was even better. My skin has never looked better! I had my first appointment with Crystal today and while the results are still in process,, I will say that Crystal is precise and puts you at ease immediately from the consultation appointment. She is very detailed in all aspects of prep with a gentle touch while taking her time. You don't feel rushed in any appointment you have at SkinSpirit so you never feel like a number of people they move in and move out on a daily basis. It's a very personal experience and you feel like you've been welcomed as part of their family. I saw Cody Lynn for Dysport treatment at Skin Spirit Burlingame Cody is such a gem to encounter and I love her advice and the deep passion she puts forth when conversing on suitable procedures for my skincare and aging concerns. I trust her sound advice and expert opinions. She listens carefully to my concerns, addresses my questions and never garnishes or up sells me on procedures that I inquire about as I tend to sometimes jump all over the map!!! She administers my procedures in a very appropriate manner and always keeps me very amply informed each step of the way during the actual treatment. Also she takes her time and pays complete attention to what she is doing. In the past I have had Botox, Sculptra and BBL treatments from Cody and have always been very content with the results. I like that she is an educator in her field to other staff members and is so highly regarded within her industry. I highly recommend Cody to anyone who is looking to achieve their best natural-looking self version and then some! I’ve been seeing Hannah for years in the Palo Alto location and had an opportunity to see her in the Burlingame facility. The staff were very welcoming and professional. It’s a great location and a beautiful facility.
Hannah is the best. She is such a professional and a true artist. She has been so kind over the years and has really worked with my, at times, very limited budget. She is a magician with a syringe and I am always amazed at what she can do. I have never bruised and she has such a gentle touch. I can’t thank her enough for the softness she has put back in my face. She has given me back a natural fullness that aging has taken away. I am very grateful to her and the staff at skinspirit. I moved to the US and was on the hunt for a Botox specialist when I came across Kristin at SkinSpirit Burlingame. Previously I’ve had 4-5 botox sessions over a few years and wanted to maintain my work. Naturally I have very strong facial expressions & require extra Botox to combat that.
Kristin took great time to understand my previous work & at our two week check up appt her adjustments were so minimal because she had gotten it so right.

I found Michelle Jones on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her lips. I called in June to make an appointment and couldn't get in to see her until Dec (that is how AMAZING she is). The front desk women at Skin Spirit Burlingame go above and beyond, especially Rachael who I had such great conversation with the first time I visited; she is welcoming and so personable. She knew how eager I was to get in and was able to move my appointment up to Oct. (because I was on Michelle’s waitlist and called consistently to see if they had an opening, not because I'm special ha). She even came in to check on how it was going during my appointment.
Needless to say, my appointment was perfect. Michelle is such a professional and has a wonderful, kind way about her. She is extremely informative and answered my 20 questions with patience and understanding. She gave me the most gorgeous lips I have EVER had (and I have been getting my lips done for the past 6 years). She made my shape more pronounced which no one had ever done before. She didn't overfill at all - they look natural and oh so perfect. She also recommended I get a bit of filler in my chin to balance out my profile and it made the biggest difference! No one had ever suggested that either. She is meticulous and looked at me from every angle ensuring everything was even. She is the best. I am so thankful I found her because I will never go anywhere else.

Elizabeth was my practitioner and she was very good!! It was my first time ever getting any kind of filler and she did an excellent job explaining the process, answering my questions, and I LOVE the results.
