The Wine Stop

Though I live in the D.C. area, in earlier years I traveled to San Francisco a number of times. Somehow I became aware of the Wine Stop. Every trip I made to SF afterwards featured a stop there. In the past twenty years or so I have occasionally purchased wine from them via the Internet. Consistently over the years they have featured a superb choice of wines, both current and older vintages. They advertise in a fashion that suits me: often enough to feature great deals, but not so often to become intrusive. Quite recently they offered a Napa classic, from the great 2018 vintage, at a remarkable price. I had two bottles shipped to me. I bet I completed the purchase in less than a minute. The process couldn't be easier or faster. Throw in shipping that is fairly priced, and also expeditious, and you understand why I still enjoy purchasing wine from my all-time favorite wine and spirits shop!
