I've been using this USPS many times, but I've never had negative experiences. They've always done their best as much as possible and gently and professionally provide their services.
Sometimes, I don't know the best price for shipping my package or their services, but they were always willing to explain them. I love this USPS place so far.

I understand that post offices are often very busy, and also shortage of labors, but I actually received helpful and sincere assistance from them.

Will give the 5-star to one employee, Suyen and the supervisor.

We had a really important government issued document delivered by USPS. It showed delivered but we could not find it anywhere. The supervisor helped to check mailboxs once he knew our case. Suyen also helped us to check all the mailboxes in all apartment buildings. And she even helped to check every package left in the mail room and found our mail under a parcel and delivered it to us by hand.

We couldn't be more thankful and really hope to give a 5-star feedback :)

Reasonable friendly and as helpful as possible given the situation. For the past five years this post office has been faster and easier to deal with than any other post office I have ever entered. I have been given help with figuring out after-hour pick ups and they regularly patrol the line for those with pick up slips to avoid a longer wait. Still better than other locations and great service considering it is a post office.

I've been having some trouble getting access to my mailbox and so emailed USPS about it. The local supervisor at this office was extremely prompt and gave me a very detailed answer that helped me resolve the issue. Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

Give Efren a raise.

God knows USPS is an absolute NIGHTMARE when it comes to delivery that require signatures. They deliver at absurd times (11pm once) - and make it impossible to get ahold of a real person via their 1-800 number, and even more impossible to reschedule delivery online (update your infrastructure).
However Efren took my call, looked for my packages (even when all I had was a UPS tracking number), scheduled redelivery for one package and personally yelped hours for another USPS location for me.
Hire more people like Efren and you won't have so many bad reviews.

Not sure what the big deal is. I left work around 3:20pm ready for long lines and terrible service. Instead I walked in, no line, was instantly greeted, signed for my package, and was home by 4pm.

I LOVE THESE GUYS! This post office is friendly and efficient. I have noticed that when I send my packages from this locaton they always get to the destination just a little bit more quickly :-)

Always helpful and friendly and most importantly patient! The only post office I use because of the great people that work there.

Thank you so much to boba and another lady that I wasn’t able to get her name , I walked in there and right away offered help and both of the lady’s helped me a lot, I mean they even packaged my item thank you so much 😄

我不知道他的服務效率如何，但對於一個觀光客來講已是古蹟的地方了。SAN MATEO歷史性墨西哥風格郵局；裡面真的古色古香充滿書信時代上郵局的美感；frances說當年美國以一串珠子跟印地安人換了曼哈頓，這不知用什麼換的，今日在街頭找零工打的老墨想到不知會不會很不爽。 看著郵票再跟她討論，她說美國對全世界有三大最重要發明，一是美國憲法二是棒球三是jazz,but,看到這郵票也覺它該列入第四大發明:DISNEY,畢竟，沒有人有資格印醬的郵票~它是美國人對世界的貢獻~至於FEDEX就不說了，直接有領快遞並設有辨公室機能可以影印／印名片傳真與辨公，小生活美滋味，始終的好天氣，不管在美西任一朋友家都這麼舒適和他們家也優雅，這真是在美我和她們在一起最大樂事~真的是一個非常難得。
