Massage Envy

René is amazing! I have been going to massage envy for a long time now and while the other therapists I had were good too, Rene is the only one who knows anatomy really well and will really help you loosen up.

Rena has always done an amazing job. So much to I only remember the first 10 mins of my appointment. When I wake up, I feel refreshed. Knots I had prop to the appointment are no longer present.

I have had great experiences here. The place is clean. They have a rotation selection of teas. Front desk is always nice. Aaron is an amazing massage therapist. He gives great massages and I really like his style. Each therapist has their own room for the day so I had to switch rooms after getting the stretch with Rena to Aaron's room. It would make the care here better If they could find a way for people to not have to change rooms. I am very happy with my services so far.

Leo was my therapists and he does a great job. The pressure is good. I leave in a much better spirit !

I enjoy facials with Yvonne. She is amazing! She customizes your treatments to your needs. I’ve been seeing her a couple times per month and am very happy with the results.

I asked Jenny to go deep and she did for full 90 minute massage. It was fantastic. That is one hard-working masseuse.

Rene is very thoughtful and intuitive. I always ask for him when I get a massage. Yvonne is my go to for facials. She listens to what I need and really cares.

Sunny is amazing! I booked a last minute appointment after returning from a week of travel with my four month old and was in desperate need for a massage. She quickly assessed my body and provided a relaxing and releasing massage. I will be back to see her soon!

I’ve been a member at ME Bay Meadows since 2019 and have been very luckily to find skilled therapists. Rene has been my massage practitioner this past year, and I am beyond grateful to get to work with him. His professionalism and knowledge are refreshing and are the reason I keep my membership despite no longer living in the area. I make trips to receive his massage therapy work because it’s worth it!

Rene is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He considers the clients’ overall goals for holistic health. This was my first time getting a massage from Rene but he’s now marked as one of my favorites.

I also had Microderm facial after a customized facial a few weeks ago. Yvonne is knowledgeable and does a great job in matching the right services to enhance my skin. Also one of the best facials I’ve had so far and looking forward to trying the chemical peel next.

Massage heals injuries, relieves pain, and reduces stress. I wish I could afford weekly massages. Massage Envy is the next best thing! When will the American Health Care System recognize the benefits of massage therapy, and offer it as a first step before medication and surgery?

The staff are all highly professional. All the massage therapists are great but I try to book with either Leo, Jenny or René because of my various sports injuries. Maria, the manager, helped me with accounting questions. I’ve been to multiple ME locations in different states over the years and this one is my favorite! ❤

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Maria (the owner/manager) was working the front desk and really took the time to listen to all of my questions and help me make the best choices regarding my massage and my membership. Leo was my massage therapist and he could not have been better. His pressure was spot on and he even utilized acupressure to give my the most relief from my back pain. Can’t recommend this Massage Envy location enough!

Update 04/29/23: I’ve continued coming back to Massage Envy San Mateo for months now. I’ve seen Leo, as well as Kenyetta (who also provides stretching services). I appreciate how my concerns are always heard and my target areas are always focal points in my services. I’ve dealt with a lot of back and lower body pain lately and it has been so great to have people so invested in helping me to feel better. I continue to recommend this Massage Envy to everyone I can.

Leo is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been seeing him for 6+ years now and has helped relieve muscle pain from marathon training, weight training, and prenatal! Strongly recommend a 90 min session with him!

Kinney was great, very intuitive with her cranio sacral work and trigger point release of painful shoulder. Always professional and kind.

Rena did a fabulous job, focusing on the areas that we discussed, adjusting pressure as needed. 60 minutes from blah to aaaah 👍

Worth saying again, another great massage from Leo. I’ve been going to Massage Envy for over 10 years. I’ve been going to this particular one in San Mateo for about eight. And I discovered the best masseuse there. Leo is my go to guy for years now. The atmosphere he sets up in the room is respectful and friendly and spacious all at the same time. And his methods are both firm and kind to my aging body. I always feel more whole and healthy after a massage with Leo.
