My dog and we love this vet. Doctors are very nice and professional. They take time for all the questions we have and the price is fair, unlike the other vet that charges for every visit for no treatment.

The vet was very kind as well as her staff. Everything was very convenient she filled all the prescriptions right there. The office is conveniently located and parking is available. I definitely recommend her office.

Peninsula Ave Vet is the best veterinary clinic in Burlingame. I have taken both my dog and cat there and they are so loving of my animals, great with communication, and easy to get a hold of and schedule an appointment.

Great Staff! Super friendly and flexible. Always trying to help and accomodate the needs that we had regarding our cat travel.

Dr. Hall and the techs took really great care of my grumpiest of grumps cat Harley. She was really forthcoming with all the information we'd need for caring for Harley (has leaky eyes). Super affordable and I especially liked that they ran me through the bill early and wouldn't charge until after the work was done, assuming that Harley might be too stressed to have it done at all.

Great experience and pleasantly surprised! I was looking for a same-day appointment and happened upon this place. The staff was very accommodating and then they went above and beyond to help me and our new family member. Overall a really great experience (and I’ve been to many vets over the years). Highly recommend.

I found this vet after very long times to get an appointment at Banfield. I was recommended to Peninsula Ave Vet Clinic from a coworker. I had just moved to California recently and I checked out Banfield and wasn't impressed. The staff was very friendly and understanding at Peninsula Ave Vet Clinic. I was able to get appointments within a reasonable time. I had only visited this Vet 3 times, but sadly the last trip I had was to have my elderly 17.5 year old cat euthanized and the staff was very kind and caring and compassionate through the whole process. I would recommend this vet practice. They never pressured me to have high cost tests done on my previous visits/check ups, but laid out all my options and costs. They understood my decisions and there was no pressure to pay more for services.

A friend's dog got bite at the dog park she was looking after him, I was visiting her we phone Peninsula Avenue Veterinarian, they where about to close , the lady on the phone spoke to the vet and she was worried it could turn nasty .
she told us to bring the dog down straight away even that they close at 6pm they stayed open for us.
Wow what amazing staff and so kind and caring and helpful. They dog needed stitches and antibiotics.
The 3 lady's on the Friday night went above and beyond to help the dog, they could see we was stressed out to.
They treated us by reassuring us he would be fine, they would take good care of him.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The staff at Peninsula Avenue Veterinary Clinic is the best!! They are so efficient and most importantly so great with our dog. They are the type of vet that legitimately cares about the animals that they care for, and are not simply running a business. I have gone in before and they haven’t even charged for a minor thing where they didn’t have to actually do anything but could have billed me hundreds at a different vet. I even have called before with a concern and they have told me it was minor and I didn’t need to even go in. They are honest and you should trust them with your loved ones!!

The two doctors here are excellent. Dr. Hall has been my pet's doctor for 10 years. I have a friend that travels from Reno to this clinic. They always offer the least invasive and inexpensive solution first. The office itself is not fancy, but my dog does not seem to mind!

This is the only pet hospital that can see my cat in a week. Almost all other places don't take new patient. Dr Kelley did a thorough check-up of the 3-4 issues of my cat, and provided proper treatment. After the visit, she also sent me a detailed handout to understand the disease my cat is experiencing. It's such a relief to have my cat treated timely. Besides, the staff are friendly and responsible. Note that the parking is behind the building.

Very easy to make appointments with their online system. Doctors and nurses here are very knowledgeable and caring for my Zero and Totoro. Highly recommended!

The team here is awesome. Even with the COVID19 issues going on, they took us in as new clients and did an excellent job with our pup. Super friendly and communicative. We couldn't be happier with the care our pup received.

I want to point out the excellent service that this clinic offers over the phone. Noah, the one I was speaking to, was incredibly kind and helpful in scheduling my appointment.

Dr. Linda Hall is the best! She is experienced, compassionate and gives great practical advice. Our leopard gecko wasn't eating and we initially saw a different vet in San Francisco who recommended lab work, x-rays and possibly surgery with no promise of survival. We were not prepared to spend that much money especially without the assurance that our gecko would survive. We ended up seeing Dr. Hall for a second opinion and she was wonderful. She suggested treating the treatables first before spending so much money on procedures. She gave us antibiotics and liquid calcium for better absorption. She even made house visits and personally followed up. Our gecko is now thriving and eating. We couldn't be happier! Dr. Hall is accommodating and flexible with her time and extremely knowledgeable. I would not consider any other vet for the needs of our pet.

Peninsula Avenue Veterinary Clinic has always come through for us. They performed surgery to save one of my cat's lives when he ate a hair tie. Routine care has always been clearly explained, no hidden costs, and as painless a process as possible. Their Covid protocols are sensible and haven't unduly complicated the experience. Recommended!
