Carpinteria postal employee took time from her lunch hour to deliver my lost billfold to my home. Someone had dropped it in the mail box at the PO. She had to look me up in the white pages to find me. So nice and above and beyond. Yahoo, I got my billfold back!

They can get busy here but the new team are great - informative - polite - helpful - cheerful - and they do go as fast as they can. Very pleasant and excellent service. !! Totally recommend. APRIL 2019

The UPS store had a long slow line so I went to the post office where there was a short quick line. Out in 5 minutes

I purchased stamps here and personally handed my wedding “save the dates” but half of the guests haven’t received after two months. Most of the envelopes were local and some out of state. No rhyme or reason as to why only half of the people got it. Save the dates are expensive and so are stamps. This is frustrating and stressful on an occasion that should be joyous.

Service here is absolutely horrible, we were at the register filling out addresses on a package. Even though it took less than a minute to write, the woman decided to help the next person in line then went to the back while completely ignoring us. Extremely Rude and unhelpful. Not wearing a name tag but when I find out I’m filing an official complaint. Didn’t even get a thank you after we paid.

There is an Asian woman working there with terrible attitude. She wasn't only rude to me but also the person in front of me. I do not recommend this post office.

HORRIBLE! Has LOST my mail, sent to a PO Box, ON-SITE, MULTIPLE times! TERRIBLE managing! What a WASTE of government funding. Also just LOST a package I handed directly to them, as "Never received". Deserves LESS than 1 star!
