I had the most incredible customer service experience at this auto parts store! Liliana went above and beyond to help me with a lost receipt. Liliana was so friendly and understanding, and she made sure to exhaust all possible avenues to locate the receipt. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. I highly recommend Advanced auto parts for their exceptional customer service. They truly know how to take care of their customers!

Lily was fantastic! I had come in a couple of weeks ago to get some wiper blades, and one of them was the wrong size. I lost my receipt, but Lily took care of me and got me out the door quickly at no additional cost! Love the service here. Thank you Lily!

Liliana is the best! She's always super helpful and knowledgeable! She won't over or under sell you and she's always down for a quick chat while helping out. She runs a super clean and well organized store! The quality and availability of parts and the stocked shelves has drawn me to making Advance Auto my go to Auto Parts store.

Thank you to Liliana for her patience and time with my battery issue. Was unable to find my receipt for a battery that was purchased back in November of 2022. She checked the battery and found it was dead. Replaced on the spot no questions asked. Again thank you Liliana.
