Solid boba place, super nice staff. Creative drink menu with lots of different options and uncommon options for teas including butterfly pea, osmanthus, rose and jasmine. Prices are really fair and reasonable for the current year, only $6 for a drink with toppings! I get the blue butterfly tea. :)

I liked this space a lot! The drinks offered were pretty standard but tasty. The typical fried foods as well but with added Banh Mi options. The bench seating was comfortable and there were lots of tables to choose from. There weren't many outlets however, something to know if you bring a computer. Lots of outdoor seating too, but it's on a busy corner so not too quiet. Nicholas at the counter was extremely hard working, always on top of keeping the space clean as people came and went, very friendly. I'll definitely be back for another quiet work space during the week.

Lots of selection / quick service

Had a really good experience here with one of the baristas/cashier! I believe she was new but she had suggested me some pretty good drinks since it was my first time here. I had tried the winter romance under her suggestion with boba, and I absolutely loved it. I don't tend to get milk tea from low key spots like this but i decided to give it a try for the one time and I will def be back cause of this good customer experience !

Ive been going here since they opened I think and they're a good boba place. It might not be as fancy as other boba shops but, tbh I find a lot of other places a bit overwhelming so it works great for me and they still have a great selection of drinks to choose from.

The cashier was friendly and sweet. The tea was delicious and the price is low. Loved it. 💖💖💖

My go to bubble tea location. Great service and superb selection of teas and flavours. My go to tea plc in south SJ. Also it's great that they brew the tea right then and there instead of making it out of a powder. There are different sugar levels. Credit cards accepted. Not a long wait.

Best boba place in the area. Their lychee bits are heavenly. Try the lychee black tea or wintermelon green tea

My daughter has recently become a fan of boba, and we are trying several shops in the area. Pure is my daughter's favorite Boba shop right now. It is right by Kaiser and we make a trip to Pure every time we visit Kaiser (which has been a lot this year thanks to a broken thumb). We have ordered Hawaiian garden, strawberrypom, Sweetheart with sweetheart jelly and Boba, caramel Milky Way, and of course Thai. All are EXCELLENT. I'm craving their Thai tea just thinking about it! My daughter's favorite flavor is the sweetheart with sweetheart jelly and Honey Boba. The menu is fun and well designed, and there are pictures!! One thing that is stressful about taking a kid to most boba shops is that she can get overwhelmed by the amount of choices, and this menu is perfect for her.

I actually loved my experience at this store. I didn't know of it in advance and I was just in the area for my COVID vaccine. We were actually getting Chinese food next door and saw PureTea before I decided I wanted to try it. I usually steer clear of these tea places as they're very hit or miss since they're everywhere nowadays.

PureTea looks a little shabby but I think it's because of the pandemic. Once inside, still shabby, but very easy to order. All the drinks had pictures and descriptions which made it easier to decide what I wanted, and the food menu was nice too; had a few snacks I enjoy including banh mi, sweet potato fries and calamari.

The guy who helped me (looked like the owner) was very kind and patient with me as I ordered and even brought the food out to our car because I didn't want to stay and up the maximum capacity due to COVID. The tea was flavorful, a bit sweet even though I was given the option to reduce sweetness, I left it at the regular so I can see what it'd normally taste like. We got the matcha rose and mango yogurt? Drinks. Must haves! Will be coming back again on my next COVID vaccine. Thank you!

I've come here multiple times with family. I usually get white peach oolong tea with mango popping boba. Great tea AND great food. The crispy chicken bites are so good. Nice spice and seasoning and not too greasy. Sweet potato fries are also amazing. Banh mi is top notch as well.

Best Boba Tea in South San Jose. I've tried quite a few Boba tea shops but this place if by far my favorite. ive been coming here for over a year now. The Honey Boba Pearls they make here makes it hard to want pearls from anywhere else. #1 Pure Special is my go to (Classic milk tea w/ ice cream, boba, and a little chocolate on top). Milky way is amazing as well. They have a good selection of fruit teas (Family member recommends the Prom Date), as well as food to snack on (Jalapeno poppers are the only thing ive tried so far tho)

Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area. It's little one off milk tea places like this that really stand out among all the chains here in the Bay Area

Always enjoy my taro tea here. The employees are usually really nice and friendly, and even if it's packed, drinks get made fairly quickly. Great spot. :)

Not a great customer service but it was really good.

Great service. I come here regularly and I am never disappointed. Once, someone else took my drink on accident, and the person working the counter offered to make me another one right away.

This place has fresh brewed tea! You can taste the difference in the quality. Great service and creative drink options. They are open late

Very FAST service. We got 4 different drinks two Boba and two teas, all were AMAZING.

Service is always quick, both food and drinks are of good quality. The store itself is clean and has a trendy ambiance.
