Clean, quiet, well-kept park with friendly neighbors! The feeling of being off-the-beaten-path yet close to Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Cooper Pt Coffee, friendly Turning Point Church, Providence Clinic, Best Buy, etc. A really nice place to live!

Management company that owns property has stricter rules then the state laws. I have found numerous properties that have been willing to work with me and my wife to allow us to live in their 55+ property because we are just a couple of years short, but not this company.
