Hawk's Prairie Ace Hardware

Shout out to Brian for helping me yesterday! My ski boot broke and rather than shipping my ski boot off to Italy to get repaired during the middle of ski season, I decided to bring my boot in to try and fix it myself. Brian took the time to help me get the correct size screw and nut and we even fixed it right there in the store to make sure everything was perfect! Thanks Brian!!

I was helped by Michael today and it was really nice to feel like someone cared about whether the item I was buying was what I needed for my project as opposed to just pointing out where things are.

I always love having an ACE nearby since they tend to carry nuts/bolts that the larger box stores charge ridiculous amount for. All the staff at this location has been super nice and are always helpful! A great experience every time and I keep coming back when I can.

I’ve also never bothered to sign up for ace rewards but I did recently and it’s given me some pretty great deals so far. I’ll keep using them here.

Edit: I also noticed there are like 3 identical “reviews” from 3 different google accounts rating this place 1 star. Always going to be petty people disgruntled about not being waited on hand and foot.

I don't know anybody can rate them bad they are hardware store . From the door they asked you what you need and walk you there and customer service is very good . My husband loves going there.

Shopping Ace brings customer service and engagement back to the shopping experience. Countless times I’ve stood in a big box store aisle wondering if I had the right part or wondering if someone was available to consult. I walk into Ace and am asked if there’s anything I need help with. I’m taken to the aisle. I’m asked if I have any questions. I get out of the store with what I need with less time spent in-store. I’m really impressed with the team at this store and the store’s selection.

This store carries many item bot available at the big box stores, and has a very helpful and available staff.

My wife and I stopped by to check out the new Ace, and we were pleasantly surprised with how much of a selection they had. We found a great deal on some grilling tools, some stuff for our yard projects, and even some items that gave us ideas for future projects and purchases.

I am looking for a pellet smoker grill, the Guy I spoke with was very helpful and explained the details about the unit I am
interested in. So for my first visit to this new store I will give them 5 stars. I will keep you posted. 😏🤪
