I love finding name brand clothes on Clearance. I can Build my kids and their wardrobe for a good price. And I can find really good stuff there too. I love that you find something new every few days and we'll keep going back weekly

Great prices. Inventory changes throughout the week. Checkout lines move quickly. I drive 50miles (ea way) to stop in.

Good location. Great deals and a decent selection. Friendly employees. Some of the areas can be disorganised, but not as bad as I have seen in California locations. Great effort at keeping so many registers going.

I've always loved shopping at Burlington...every time I come here customer service is great, with Great prices and selections. The employee who stands out the most is Diana! She is fantastic

I went for 1 hoodie for a sewing project, only took 10 minutes to find a basic style I can use for a blank canvas. I'm not a fan of branded clothes but it can easily be removed with basic sewing tools.

Good prices good quality products you can buy anywhere from household to close to stuff you need to put in your house hygiene stuff it's awesome very good prices and polite service and is nice.

I really like this store. Have found some really nice things in the kitchen and home decor sections. They also have a very large selection of purses and bags.
The employees are wonderful and the store is bright and clean. I'll go here for things before checking out Marshall's or Ross.

ALWAYS get great deals on name brands, especially for work related clothing such as Armani and Michael Kors, etc. And the Adidas I get for it daughter is adorable at a fraction of normal cost! Clothes are not 2nd hand, just over stock. Highly recommend this place. Refunds are simple and hassle free. G friendly customer service every time and I've found it to be that way at every Burlington location. ;)

Great prices for larger sizes, but try on everything or you'll be sorry

One of my favorite stores! You can walk in with $100-200 and leave with tons of stuff! Def can't go to the mall and do that. It's nice name-brand stuff so you're not just getting a lot of junk. They also have purses, make-up, jewelry, decorations for home, snacks,pet supplies etc.

Haven't been there in over a decade and must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I bought a bunch of things and will be going back more often. Great inventory for bargain prices.

I love Burlington coat factory was such a fun store when my kids were little, it not only had coats it had bedding and shoes and lots lots more AND ITS STILL THE SAME ❤

Awesome store, great prices. The store is clean. Something that I noticed is that the clothing racks are far enough apart that someone in a wheelchair could get down the isles easy. That earns great praise from me. Burlington earns 10 stars for me!!

I had the most awesome customer service experience at the Lacey, WA store from operations manager Ken! He was kind, understanding, and easy to speak with. He went above AND beyond to make things right with a purchase and return. Excellent customer service seems to be rare these days but Ken is a shining star!

Great selection of clothing for men women and kids. Many other household and tech items available. Great prices on shoes and work boots. Clean attractive store with friendly helpful staff. Great return or exchange policy here, if it doesn't fit or you just don't like it. Name brands, heavily discounted. Excellent shopping experience.

I love the selection here, and the prices are about a third what you would pay in a department store. There is a huge baby and toddler selection. I have small feet and this is one of the only places I can find shoes that fit me and fit my style. I can shop for my whole families wardrobe here, and shop for gifts.

I must have missed the memo about Burlington no longer just being the Coat Factory. This place is like Ross on steroids. We got all of my kids' back-to-school shopping done in one stop. Brand name clothes and shoes. Middle-school boy and high-school school girl. And it's not cramped like some of the other discount outlet stores. My new favorite clothing store!
