Amazing customer service. First off, I love this brand for women's clothing. They offer a really classy look that can be dressed up or dressed down. This and Express are my favorite look for business casual. This location on Santana Row in particular is my favorite location so far. Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. They've also added athleisure and athletic wear in the back that offers a polished look. I was really excited to discover this. You should check it out!

Great collection of tops, very colorful and pretty. Their staff is super helpful too when it comes to finding sizes, one of the few places where retail isn't dead yet

The Loft is my favorite for most of my wardrobe. I have the Loft credit card and get nice rewards. I love their pretty blouses. This is the only womens store that consistantly has colorful, stylish patterns and prints. They change their color palette every month or so. I only buy when there is a 40% off sale and use my rewards $$. I highly recommend this store for you too. Thanks Loft.
