I want to thank two wonderful girls from Santana Row Chico Isabella and her partner
(sorry, don’t have her name ) for wonderful service. It was the end of Saturday shift on May 27 and they stay late to finish transaction . They were super sweet and professional .Offered me water, helped me to find what I needed, perfectly packed all items in the bag.
I’m very impressed and thankful.

I’m not really a big Chico's fan, I normally shop at Kate spade, Ted Baker just to name a few. I was blown away by the level of customer service that I received from Doreen, Mona and the ladies at the Santana Row. They are knowledgeable, Very warm, welcoming, helpful. They both suggested their black label Luxury collection. Now - I am totally obsessed with their Silk-blend dresses, Beautiful blouses and the Indulgently soft pants. This collection is simple and sophisticated! I highly recommend this to anyone and will never think of Chico’s as an “OLD LADY STORE again. I will definitely going back for more...

I visited the store and I was helped by Marina and Mona. They were very helpful, patient, kind. It is the second time I visited the shop. The first time I came to pick up shopping I did on the internet. I was helped by Mona. Today Marina was looking for clothes that may fit me. Thank you both. You are wonderful.
