I went in today to get fittings to hook up an old school oven. RAY saved the day! He spent over 20 minutes finding the exact parts for the job and walked me through how to hook it up before I left. Legit 5 star service. This is why I got to Ace. I literally would have had to hire someone or spend half the day trying to find the right fittings. Thanks RAY!!!!

Ray, one of the staff members, is the BEST! So rare to find someone with his depth of experience in a retail hardware store, these days. He has helped me solve several quirky repair jobs. He always finds a solution and does it with enthusiasm and a smile! Thanks Ray!

No more Home Depot!!! Always a poor experience: can't get help,long line, long wait even for online orders. I LOVE this Ace: the exact opposite of HD - great help, no line, well thought out organization, clean, friendly staff. (I sold ALL my HD stocks.)

This, our neighborhood hardware store, is well-stocked and features knowledgeable, friendly staff. Whether you need tools, hardware or materials (short of a lumber yard), this usually our first stop.

A fine hardware store. Physically smaller than the big box hardware stores, but with more helpfully folks, and a they carry a broader range of stuff. But by necessity, they stock fewer of each product. There prices are also a bit higher than the big hardware stores as well. On this day I needed 10 of an unusual bit of hardware. It turned out each Ace store stocked only two, so I did a tour of all 5 Ace stores in my area. I got my stuff in an afternoon rather than days or weeks from the internet. A fine place.

Opens early on Sunday. Very friendly and helpful. They have bike locks!

This is a great neighborhood hardware store, I've been impressed with the diverse selection they carry of item for the customer that lives either in the city or the rural outskirts of town.

Nice, helpful people here. The store's a little crowded, but I found everything I needed for a minor garden construction project. But where this store really sets itself apart is the checkout card readers. Instead of some boring, regular pinpad, they had iPad minis!!! The future has arrived.

Good wholesome local shop. The staff is good and can direct you to the parts you are looking for. Yes i do recommend them if you would rather not travel to Home Depot.

Standard Ace-branded hardware store: pretty scientifically well-stocked for most smallish home repair projects. Always plenty of employees so there's never any trouble getting help.
