Had a wonderful afternoon tea there with my mother. It's pricey, but it's a nice quiet atmosphere with adorable, purposefully mismatched but aesthetically pleasing decorations. The service is prompt and friendly, if quiet, and the sandwiches and tea fancies were delicious! There are several different tea options to suit pretty much anyone's preference, and different types of tea service options! Will likely go back in the future!

Such decorous place. I have never seen a place furnished in such a way - sophisticated, yet not obliging. Furthermore for everyone who likes drinking tea, here is the diversity and the quality you may hope for. Service as well - you may rely on the advice of the waiter, he/she will not mislead you.

I've finally found a great place to enjoy my cup of tea. I've been a tea lover since college and I already tried several tea shops all over San Jose. I discovered Satori tea company just last week and I have already tried four of their teas collection and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Satori tea company is a cozy and an eye pleasing shop. They have a large selection of premium teas and foods. I am a fan of their green teas. I am planning to try their white teas next week and black teas next next week. I am sure I am going to love all.

The owner and her mom are the sweetest people. I've been to tea there with large groups and they are more then willing to extend hours/ stay open. The staff and owner even created a special menu for a friend who was vegan. I have also been there casually (not for full tea service) and it is a pleasant and relaxing place with free Wi-fi. Lots of tea choices, yummy treats, bottomless pots of tea, wonderful decor. A great place for Mom's, friends, dates, studying and special events.
They also cater local events with their tea bike (Subzero Festival, SJ Made, etc) and special tea mixes.

Great place for afternoon tea. Atmosphere was cozy! Service was very sweet! They are very knowledgable about tea and the recommendation was great. A "Let them eat cake" British afternoon tea ($25) includes a pot of tea of your choice (unlimited refill) and fancy sweets to go with the tea. The desserts were very delicious, each having a unique taste. A warm scone comes with a plate of fruits and three toppings in three separate dishes (cream, jam, and honey) with pomegranate seeds and a thin slice of kiwi. The girl was really sweet to pour almost every cup of tea for you. Free wifi. Good for sitting here the whole afternoon with a book or your besties.

Delicious food, decedent tea, in a perfect atmosphere. I definitely recommend stopping in for a tea for one, as well as booking a large party in advance. You'll be glad you did!

Tamra and her daughter started this business from scratch in San Jose San Pedro square they the lot with business so they moved to Saratoga even better more ritzy neighborhood but even if not Saratoga Tamra made it happen it's in her blood she got it from her Daddy she knows her erbs and tea one time she gave me tea for my blood pressure it's nice to go where your not in a hurry like fast-food places assembly line 😎☝💔👀try it guarantee you'll like.
