Beautiful event venue! We attended an outdoor wedding here and I was a bit worried because it was outdoors and not sure about the weather, etc but it was absolutely perfect. There were about 100 guests so it was someone intimate but this place did a great job with the deco, service, care for guests, making sure the bride and groom were well taken care of and overall a great wedding experience. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at the most enchanting outdoor woodland venue, and we cannot stop raving about our unforgettable experience. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were mesmerized by its natural beauty, and the exceptional team behind it all made our special day truly magical.

Venue:

Nestled within a lush forest, the venue was a dream come true. Towering trees, a babbling brook, and radiant sunlight between the trees created a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. The picturesque grove of trees where we exchanged vows seemed plucked from the pages of a storybook. Our guests were in awe of the natural beauty surrounding them, and many commented that it was the most breathtaking wedding they had ever attended.

Staff:

Sam, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute gem. From our very first meeting, she exuded warmth, professionalism, and an eagerness to make our vision come to life. She was a calming presence throughout the entire planning process, offering guidance, answering our countless questions, and ensuring no detail was overlooked. Sam's meticulous attention to detail and passion for her work shone through, and her dedication to making our day perfect was evident in every aspect of the event.

Kristen, our day-of coordinator, was a lifesaver. She seamlessly orchestrated the day's timeline, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Kristen's calm demeanor and quick thinking were invaluable as she handled any unexpected hiccups with grace and ease. We were able to relax and savor every moment of our wedding day, knowing that Kristen had everything under control.

Food and Atmosphere:

The culinary team at the venue exceeded our expectations with a mouthwatering menu that showcased locally sourced ingredients. The dining experience was not only delicious but also added a touch of rustic elegance to our reception. Our guests raved about the food, and many declared it the best wedding meal they had ever enjoyed. I personally had someone secure me seconds!

The string lights hanging from the trees, the flickering candles on wooden tables, and the music playing in the background created an ambiance that was both romantic and inviting. It was as if we had stepped into a storybook world.

A nice place for weddings, outdoors surrounded with tall trees and small flying bugs, do bring insects repellent if you go there 🙃 other than that it was a great wedding, excellent all the way from beginning to end 😀

So the first time I went to the Saratoga Springs when I went there with one of my friend and a chef Santosh. It was my day when he asked me to go with him for a catering order and that is the first time I read Saratoga springs. The first thing was I was driving the car so it was very surprising journey for me every moment I enjoy it because I like driving I like driving I love driving. The second thing is the way of the road from which of from where we reach to the Saratoga springs it was fantastic it’s feels to me like I am driving somewhere in app in my home town. While reaching the Saratoga springs nature will gonna amaze you. Saratoga spring is good for events weddings big events or if you want to get together party or reunion. I will suggest each and everyone to go Saratoga spring ones and live the life enjoy the nature feel the springs feel the fountains feel the reverse fielder water freeze fresh air and a lot have a good time.

Came here for a work event, and it was a ton of fun. They had volleyball, a petting zoo, beer, wine and mixed drinks, and some cool inflatables.

They also served a very meat-ful lunch, which was interesting to both pet and eat chickens.

Our clients reserved Saratoga Springs venue for a 25th Wedding Anniversary and a First Birthday Party. The venue is spacious, green and picturesque. The venue provided good food and service and our guests were comfortable and happy during both events

Special thanks to Becca Giannini, the Event Manager and Myra the Venue Coordinator. They are always available before and during the event to answer our questions and help us make our events special.

I recommend this venue for a special celebration to anyone who loves nature, good service and outdoor events.

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding here. The venue being all outside with the exception of the bathrooms made it much safer with regard to COVID, the event staff was enormously helpful, the food was delicious, and all our guests kept asking us how we managed to find such a great place! Saratoga Springs is right in the forest, so it's way cooler than you'd expect, and while there are some bugs, none of them bite, so that was also a plus. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Cathedral Grove is ethereal. I recommend this venue to my couples every chance I get and I LOVE photographing weddings here. If you want a fairytale forest wedding ... you just found your venue. <3

We absolutely loved our wedding at Saratoga Springs in August 2022! Our guests had so many compliments about how beautiful the venue looked and the delicious food. It was honestly our dream venue.

When we were first researching wedding venues in the Bay Area, we knew we wanted an outdoors venue surrounded by redwood trees. We looked into a few similar venues around the area, but when we took our first onsite tour to Cathedral Grove in Saratoga Springs, we knew it was the one – the venue was beautiful, intimate, and ethereal.

From our first onsite tour to our wedding day, Sam and Olivia (SS wedding planners), were so kind and patient with us as we planned our wedding. They always answered our questions promptly and put us at ease.

What I loved about Saratoga Springs was how much was included – SS had onsite food and beverage catering, rentals provided, and its own day-of coordinator. This made things easy as we didn’t have to go out of our way to book these items ourselves. We also found it much more affordable than similar-looking venues in the Bay.

Our wedding day was incredibly smooth and stress-free due to our Saratoga Springs coordinator, Lauren. She kept us on track to our schedule and was involved in a number of tasks throughout our day (like coordinating all of our 130 guests to participate in a sparklers photo). We couldn’t have done it without her.

Great venue for big events. Our party was here for a wedding and everyone had a great time. The area we had lacked mist sprayers and anything to control insects, but that's all part of nature! Parking was a little tight as well. There's a great playground in the center of the venues for those who need a break from the fun!

Fun and affordable wedding venue! The staff is super friendly. The event space is big, and perfect for you to customize it however you want.

We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs and it truly was the best day ever!! The hard work of all their staff made our vision come to life and we couldn’t be more grateful. Everything from the initial tour, to the wedding expo where we tried the food and met the vendors, to our rehearsal and actual wedding was perfect. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and everyone at Saratoga Springs was so helpful. Particularly Olivia and Sam, the wedding coordinators! They were so quick to respond to emails and really worked hard with our vision in mind. Would recommend to anyone getting married!

Saratoga Springs was absolutely magical! The venue itself is gorgeous, nestled among the trees, and the twinkle lights all over made us feel like we were in an ethereal oasis. The staff did an incredible job-everything was run flawlessly and the whole process was amazing. Every interaction was extremely positive, helpful and kind, from our first tour to the showcase to our wedding and every email in between. The food was incredibly delicious-"the best we've ever had at a wedding" our guests said. The night was absolutely perfect! We would choose Saratoga Springs again and again!

What an amazing venue. Staff is so helpful and friendly.

Great venue with fun games, lots of trees, a nice creek and a small playground (a bit outdated). The bathrooms were clean, but the toilet paper was really hard to get out of the dispenser. The food was good and the staff were nice. Definitely a good place for kids and could be a fun campout area.

Beautiful area, surrounded by big trees and small creek running by, and great venue for nature photograph and sessions, there is a brick bridge that give a good background for great photo session.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue. Not only is it absolutely stunning (literally every single guest complimented us on the venue) the staff is excellent! We had to push our wedding back an entire year because I got unexpectedly pregnant and would have been very very pregnant if we had our wedding on our original date. The coordinators worked with us and were so kind about everything! Sam and Olivia are on top of it and very responsive, I’m talking get back to you within the day but usually within hours. Our day of coordinator Dayana was absolutely amazing, if you can request for a day of coordinator ask for her, she was on it from the beginning making sure everything was running smoothly, she gave suggestions for small time changes and then stuck to the timeline to the minute. She not only made sure we always had drinks she also went around making sure our guests had everything they needed as well! She was the best and the day of event coordinator comes as apart of their wedding package. She acted as if we had hired her personally and hustled the entire night to make sure our wedding was magical!
This place looks as if it’s going to cost you and arm, leg and a kidney but it is extremely affordable! And the food is actually good! The beer and wine are great quality and they have some of the best sake I’ve ever had!
The staff treats you and your guests are royalty and pulls out all the stops! If you’re still on the fence about booking this place for your wedding let this be your sign that you should do it! You will not be disappointed! Book this venue before everyone finds out about it and it has a 5 year waiting list because trust me it will happen!
