I go to this place all the time to do my laundry. Only because it's the closest one to me.. they seriously need to do some upgrading on all other washing machines and dryers.. now I'm not saying don't come here to do your laundry.. I'm just merely stating the conditions of the place.. now in regards to the people that take care of the place.. they are very Friendly.. and they always take care of you if something goes wrong with a washer or a dryer...

Not a clean place. The only good thing is that it opens at 6:30am.

This is 5 blocks from my house but it is one of the worst I have washed at. The machines are terrible. You can choose the told loading old washers that smell bad or the front loaders that don't wash clothes right. They have a older guy who works there but he never washes the machines. There is soap piled thick or a layer of liquid soap where you add detergent. My clothes smelled bad after I washed them. I told attendant but he acted like he didn't understand me and walked away. The the bigger washers have mold in them where you put the detergent. I only gave it 1 star because the dryers work ok. I also want to say they state they close at 10 but he closes up early always. If they got new washers and a attendant that cleaned washers they would double their profit since it is only one in evergreen area.

This place is so close to my house, I thought it was so convenient, but I am realizing it is more annoying each time I come. The washers never give me any trouble, only the old dryers(on right side of newer ones) can damage things like nylon, spandex, etc if you put them in too long.....the man that works here in the evening has been rude to both my daughters and myself, on more than one occasion.

Don't dare come after 8pm on Chinese New Year's, he will run you out. He even tried telling my daughter that if her ride didn't come after her clothes were done in the dryer, she would have to wait outside...in the dark, in the cold. I came in as soon as my daughter text me that, and I asked him what time they closed as I pointed to the sign....he muttered it's Chinese New Year and that he was closing early. I let him know it would be best to put a sign in the window in advance when he needs to close early. Well, every time after that, I have come in around 7pm, 8:40 the latest (If I could be here earlier, I would, but it's very difficult for me to do so because of my schedule) and he rushes you out, even tried saying since I put too much soap, I would have to take my clothes home and come back tomorrow to rewash them.....he then told me that next time if the open sign is off, do not come in....how is that if I got here at 8:40, the sign was off, , but sign says last wash at 8:50?? Maybe it's better in the earlier hours, idk...good luck.

No stars. Not a molecule of customer service. Dropped $3.50 into big washer. It didn’t start. I asked the owner / manager what had happened. The Old Man REPRIMANDED me instead. WTH??? Be warned: Go somewhere else. Hand wash if you have to.

Washers are old... i put 3.50 on washers... didnt work... i called the owner and he waa saying i didnt put coins! I was furious about what he said.... I told him why are accusing me of not putting 3.50? I told him this is the lastime youll see me here! Your washers are too old like you!!! I wish there's 0 rating or negative rating!!! Dont go to this laundry wash and dry....

I put in 10.00 on coin machine and the machine only gave me5.00. I complained to guy working there and his response was no. Just a no. I will not be coming back.
