Outstanding place to have wine tasting and food pairings. I recommend it highly. Delicious wines! Wonderfully prepared appetizers and food. Service and staff are five star plus, all the way. A must on the wine country towns tour. And if you like cocktails, this is the place. They rival the El Dorado and Swiss Hotel most definitely. Check out Taub Family Outpost. It’s at the historic plaza, you can’t miss it!

We went here on May 15th 2021 to celebrate a bachelorette weekend! Everyone who worked here was attentive and made the evening special. The food is fresh and great, and the drinks are awesome as well. We especially appreciated the outdoor heaters! I wanted to take the floor heater home with me. Even though the weather tried to make us cold, the two heaters on the ends of the table and the floor heater kept us nice and toasty. It was a great evening, and I hope to return!

We were there to watch the World Cup soccer game (France vs England). Had big fun, staff was attentive and nice, beer and fries excellent. Price very reasonable. Thanks Marvin!

Our second time here and the experience was good. They have a small shop next door that serves coffee and wine (and pastries). They serve food in the patio in the back. They have a very good wine collection and delicious food.

We ordered the hummus and burrata for starters and they were so fresh and delicious. Rotisserie Chicken was amazing. The crab pasta was flavorful but needed more seasoning. We also had the chocolate pudding which was great.
They have a nice open patio at the back with heaters and it’s good for some socially distanced dining.

My fiancee and I had dinner at Taub the night that we got engaged and had a lovely experience. The food was delicious (the strawberry burrata starter and olive oil cake were our favorites). Our waiter James was kind enough to give us a short tour of the inside space at the end of the night, and we even met the Chef. The inside shows off an eclectic wine collection and we picked out a few bottles. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the full space once the pandemic is over!

You must make your way in and see the upper bar area. Amazing surprise when you walk through the swinging curved door to the upper speak easy bar. Detail to decor is an experience you need to see. Chase is the bartender you must see in the area.

Beautiful space that is very clean. I ordered their Chocolate Orange Coldbrew it was insane. As a regular coffee drinker, I thought I had tried it all. Great job Taub Family Outpost.

So glad I finally tried this place! Had no idea the upstairs restaurant was even there, let alone so gorgeously designed. Service was very friendly, and food & drinks were amazing! (Pictured: Cuban sandwich)

Stopped by here for some quick bites. Was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food and wine. Great ambiance. It was a good find.

Wow!! Such a very cute place, like everywhere around sonoma ...what made it stand out was the staff.
I sat at the bar and the lady (hope you find that red wine key) who waited on me, didn't get her name (my bad) was the greatest. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but super friendly and positive!! Highly recommended !!

The crowds are returning post COVID crisis and Sonoma is no exception. We were here on a Sunday for brunch and got seated rather quickly. We ordered the burger and pork bowl. Both artfully prepared with care. The quality of ingredients was apparent and reportedly locally sourced. Service was friendly and fast given the crowds. Value is average for the area and the venue quite clean. Would definitely return.

The upstairs dinning room was quiet and cozy when my wife and I visited for dinner. The wine list, refreshingly, had plenty of international choices alongside the local offerings. I had a lovely french Pinot Noir with my squash soup and beet salad, while my wife paired a Chardonnay with her pork meal. Both entrees were delicious in there own right, but the star of the night was the squash soup. Topped with a pistachio crumble that added just the right amount of salt and crunch and a drizzle of peppery sauce that gave it a kick, the soup was warm symphony of flavor. The wait service was friendly and I look forward to our next visit.

We found this wonderful gem our 1st night in Sonoma. The food was fresh and very flavorful. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Our wine was recommended to us, and it was perfectly paired with our dinner. We sat outside on the patio, and it was a lovely evening all around

A+ Dinner - We were fortunate to order the Fried Chicken special dinner last night. It included a delicious salad, cornbread, perfectly seasoned, not greasy fried chicken, a scrumptious kale and bean side dish plus an outstanding dessert. Tons of food for two people with leftovers for the next day. If your mouth is watering, do the smart thing and get your takeout from Taub Family Outpost. We are very glad we did!

Even though it's is low-key, casual, and small, this turned out to be some really good food. I had the ancient grain burger with a side salad. The salad was so absolutely fresh, and it was dressed perfectly. The "burger" was very tasty. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Been here once and great customer service, great breakfast. Have also been seated at “The Beacon” which is a beautiful dim light bar with Old-fashioned type of ambiance that is great for any celebration or enjoyment. Staff is knowledgeable in the art of mixology. Thank you

My friends and family are OBSESSED with Taub - from their incredible coffee and pastries to their perfectly balanced cocktails and crispy fries alongside the tastiest burger, you can’t go wrong here! Such fresh, high quality food with super kind staff that will always put a smile on your face. I can’t recommend this place enough 💛

We started with white bean hummus O so good and for our main course the salmon was up there with the best I've had and my vegetarian husband had the quinoa burger which he devoured. Beautiful patio nice vibe great service. Thank you for making our 1st night in sonoma memorable

We sat at a sidewalk table and had a terrific dinner. They were out of my first choice - fried chicken - but I had the ancient grain burger and would highly recommend it. These people know what they're doing.
