The best sock shop on earth! I own tons of socks from here - every day socks, socks to stay cozy on a chilly night at home, themed socks, etc. I love buying gifts here, too.

A fun store with lots and lots of high quality socks. Some of them are works of art. A good place for gift ideas, especially for that person who has almost everything.

Wonderful store. Exceptional selection on everything from novelty socks, to creative and unique "art socks" to specialized athletic and even eco-friendly socks. The owner is very helpful and incredibly nice. A great place for gifts for others or (in my case), a few wardrobe gifts for myself.

Pretty fun shop with very young employees and cool music- lots of funky socks for any possible sock nerd.

The owner is the problem, she's rude to not only her staff but to customers. Especially if you aren't local. It's sad because the store has a nice variety of socks but you don't feel welcomed by her.

The rest of the staff is very kind and patient, I feel bad for them having to work for someone like that.

From out of town, came in with some friends showing me the Square & excited about the sale.
As soon as we came in, my friend was asked personally to leave. Not me or our other company.
We weren't disruptive, just shopping when the staff told him to leave, claiming they had the "right to refuse service."

My question is, based on what? As far as I'm aware, we weren't doing anything out of the ordinary. I suspect personal bias on part of the staff.
One of our other friends ended up buying his socks for him, because he wasn't allowed to. We quickly left.
Really sad to see that such a cute little shop is leaving, and even more sad to see that the employees don't seem to care. I'd say we won't be returning, but I guess that's redundant. Really frustrating.

I absolutely loved the socks I got from this store! Very good selection, with all sorts of knickknacks, novelty socks, and a very good stock that is fun to look through. And even though they're (unfortunately) closing, I loved getting so many socks for 70% off!!

My only problem is with the staff. Every time I enter, it's very unwelcoming, and buying socks from there has always made me very uncomfortable.

Just a few hours ago I gave it another try because of the sale, and I was shopping with a friend of mine. For no good reason, while he was peacefully shopping, he was kicked out, and had to stay outside in the hot sun while the rest of my friends were shopping. He hadn't said a word to anyone, and was shopping with the rest of us just as peacefully as the other costumers were.

The whole time I was shopping, I thought I was going to be kicked out as well since we were in the same area, and doing the same thing, but I took the socks I got, and left as quickly as possible. Again, wonderful socks, but the employees are very unwelcoming, and incredibly unprofessional. It's so unfortunate to see a store with so much potential be sullied by bad employees.

My friends and I have lived in Sonoma our entire lives. When we heard the local sock store was closing we HAD to go and visit. Coincidentally, we had a friend visiting from a foreign country so of course, we had to show her the sock store. We were showing our vacation visiting friend the cool socks that they have when suddenly, one of the male workers, Rowan, came up to our local Sonoman friend and told him he had to leave. Claiming, "They had the right to refuse his service." However, we were not being disrespectful or disruptive at all. Further more, we were allowed to purchase his items once he was kicked out of the store. This completely goes against the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the actual refusal of service. Us locals, we know the owner and is a very sweet person. However, her employees were very rude towards us and especially our friend who the wrongfully asked to leave.
