I love noodles and having it dry it is such an elevating experience. I got a mixture of noodles, yellow egg and white rice noodles. The style of this dish is called "Trieu Chau" or "Chow Zhou". I like the soup on the side because I can sip on the broth as much as I like. The beef bone marrow on the side with the broth is so good. The proteins were shrimp and pork. What makes this dish amazing is the sauce. I love how they four different chilli's to choose from, but my favorite is chilli oil. Sriracha is good and I also added fresh jalapeños, but I am not a big fan of the picked jalapeños. For the sides, I added meat ball and Chinese doughnuts. It adds so much flavor and decadence to the bowl. I got the bean sprouts cooked, so that it's soft. If you like it crunchy, get it fresh. The offer limited hours and outdoor dinning. Check them out!

updated review 1/2/2022: Yummy is known for their dry chow zhou style noodles. Their other noodles are pretty awesome as well. Today, I had their #30 pan fried crispy combination noodles $16.50. They use yellow Vietnamese egg noodles that are more crunchier and lighter than Chinese pan fried noodles. Instead of slices of fish cake, Yummy uses cubes of it. I thought it was tofu at first, but was pleasantly surprised. It also comes with a little cup of soup on the side. In addition, I got a side of fried egg $1.75. This was a very good meal.

Indoor brunch today 3/28/2021. Their #2 Triều Châu Khó Mì (潮州乾麵) with included pork bone marrow soup was phenomenal. It is perfect to dip the Chinese doughnut into the soup. There is a mystery sauce (it is not hoisin, but their own home made dark sauce) that is available if you want to add it to your noodles. It is a lighter version of hoisin sauce with the consistency of soy sauce. I enjoyed the bean sprouts, cilantro, dried shrimps, fresh shrimp and various meats mixed in the dry noodles. I love the part where I take breaks in between eating the noodles and drinking the soup. It is a good intermission between the flavors. Sooo gooood. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Great job everyone at Yummy Trieu Chau!

Awesome Trieu Chau! Get it with egg noodles and vermicelli, with Chinese donut for dipping into the soup.

I always order the same thing: #2 Mi and Pho Trieu Chao with the fried donut for dipping into the pork bone soup

The best Hu Tiu in San Jose

I like this place. The hue tieu nam bang is delicious. The portion size is perfect. It also comes with beef bone marrow soup. It smells good. And $11.00 is cheap compared to pho and other restaraunts. I could afford this place every week.

Their quality of food has been consistent in the past 8 years. I don’t go their often but their egg noodles and soup is still as good as in my memory

This is our favorite restaurant for Hu Tieu Mi. We have tried lots of restaurants for this type of noodle but none has come close.

Favorite place for Hu Tieu kho(dry noodle special combo). I love the fact that they have their dry noodle sauce on the side so we can add extra! I go here almost every weekend for lunch. Never disappoints! I'd prefer this over Nam Vang, as I used to frequent them until I found out about yummy trieu chau!

Perhaps the most authentic Cambodia chowzhou noodle in Bay area (compared with a China Chen and a few others)

This place is great. The noodles dishes are excellent. I ordered a small and it was a lot for a small. The prices are very reasonable.

The dry egg noodles are very tasty. Packed during lunch. Parking is horrible but but worth it. Fast service.

I been coming here since I was a little boy. Dammm it's 7:52 am and it open at 9:00. I can't wait for reals man.

My family love the lobster noodle from here, price and taste are both affordable.
