Michelle did my hair today and it turned out fantastic! I’ve been cutting my own hair for the past 5 years or so (not very well) so I was nervous to come back for a professional cut. My stylist did everything I asked for and then some. Atmosphere is also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back for future cuts

Best blowout and event style I’ve had to date! Stylist Nicole was super kind and attentive, she did a beautiful job on my curls. I relaxed in the lounge with some tea afterwards while waiting for my ride and got to enjoy the company of Deborah and Michelle. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming — will absolutely be back for a style when in the area!

Worked with Sara and had the best hair cutting experience of my life. She gave me the framing pieces I wanted and blended my hair so nicely. She was so sweet and really listened to what I wanted! Im so happy with my results and will only be going to The Loft Salon and Spa to get my hair cut from now on!

This is by far the best salon to use close to UCSC. I’ve been coming here for many years and all the stylists are excellent. They have local art that changes- I love this! Plus the best products that smell and feel amazing. Audrey cuts and colors my hair to perfection every time. She is very detailed about making sure to ask you exactly what you want. I cannot compliment her enough. She makes me feel so beautiful, worth every penny!

I've been seeing Audrey at Loft Salon for about 4 years now. Whether I want pink highlights, a regular trim or a significant chop , she is up for it! I give her an idea of what I'm looking for with just a few photos and I trust her to execute & make my hair dreams come true! Molly is a magician at massages! The space is beautiful and super relaxing. I came in with tension in specific areas of my neck and back, but she also hit and relieved areas that I didn’t even know I needed! She is so warm, welcoming, and makes sure you’re comfy throughout the process. I will definitely be coming back for her witchcraft work on some of my extra crunchy areas. Thanks lady!

I went here on a whim and left knowing I would come back and support them over and over. Audrey is a prodigy at doing hair, she really took her time and was full of knowledge. The products here are sustainable and non harmful to the environment, the atmosphere is both laid back and classy simultaneously.

I had an amazing massage by the most talented Molly Adams. Definitely will go back! I recommend Molly to all looking for a high quality massage in Santa Cruz. The Loft space is also beautiful; what a great place for a Salon and Spa.

I went to The Loft for the first time today and had an incredible massage from Molly. She was very attentive to areas that I needed focus on and was so sweet. I would highly recommend seeing Molly. I can't wait to go back!

This place is amazing. Debra's massages are are the kind you need but don't deserve. She turned me from a knotted block of wood into a supple gumbi. Highly recommend. Destiny was also amazing. I told her about an injury I had from running and she recommended me some of their arnica balm and it worked wonders. Wonderful place, wonderful people!!!!

Great salon with amazing products. Make a reservation with Christine and you will be thrilled with your cut (and/or color). She really knows how to TRIM your hair (never cuts too much) and shape it perfectly. She is a PRO!

Nice full service salon that does hair and more. Very friendly staff. In a nice location next to coffee, wine trains, breweries, fancy butcher.

This salon provides all your needs with tender, loving care!! I get massages and buy hair products here. All the staff is professional and always there to brighten up your day!!
