It was my first time at Santa Cruz Thread (worth the drive from Salinas! )
I took advantage of their Valentines Special -Sugar Wax + Bikini treatment, did not disappointment!

My experience with Jess was 10/10! She catered my facial perfectly to my desires and went above and beyond to make me comfortable throughout my entire appointment! I'll be back! The salon is beautiful, clean and welcoming!

I had my eyebrows threaded by Destiny. She was super sweet and I was really happy with the result. This was my first time in their new spot after having moved from downtown and it's a super cute and fun vibe. Will definitely be going back!

Been going to SC Thread for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience! I go irregularly so I’ve seen quite a few different practitioners, they’ve all done a great job with wax/sugar services. New location is really lovely to be at: Light, airy, with a rejuvenating vibe.

I was super nervous to get my eyebrows threaded. I have naturally thin eyebrows and spent the last 5 years (yes, 5 years) growing them out. I've had terrible experiences before then (sorry, Benefit Brow Bar) and can't get waxed because of sensitive skin.

I really like this place - I do sugaring and lash tint and I don't know other places that do this. Very happy with them and they are very easy to work with and acommodating.

I had a great experience with my esthetician, she was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly! I'll definitely be coming back and I already love the new space on the West Side 🤩. Also, I love that they are generally open later than some other salons - I work until 5 or 6pm most days so it’s very convenient for me to book appointments that work for my schedule! Keep it up ladies!!

Staff are incredibly amazing and I absolutely love the services offered. Your new spot is great too! Very spacious!! I also appreciate your flexible schedules and you folks have kindly accommodated a few of my cancellations. I’ve been a customer for approximately 4 years and will remain a customer for as long as I live in the area! Mahalo for the awesome work you all do!

The eyebrows were done by Mariah who is still practicing. She took my advice and criticism on my brows extremely well and corrected them and although they were not a perfect 10/10, there were so many things that got taken into account. It's about the experience as a whole. She was very patient and persistent. She was very kind, open, and she did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and connected with her at the shop. I definitely would go back again! She may just be my new eyebrow lady

I went it for a facial and Brazilian wax. Claudia was very thorough and informative. She sent me home with trial size products to try so I can start a new skin care routine! Well, actually just start one in general. It can be overwhelming to try a new routine but Claudia made it so easy. Already booked for next month

Rachel is awesome and always makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate the ease of scheduling—she can almost always get me in within a few days. Nothing but good experiences with y'all!

Jaymie And Karissa are amazing women , as well as all women that work at Santa Cruz thread. Not only does it feel like hanging out with your friends, the work and work ethic is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them, I recommend them to all friends and family of mine.

By far the best Waxing/spa place in town. They’re super clean and professional, but also with the best inclusive Santa Cruz vibe. All of the Pros working there are so talented and fun, they somehow make getting waxed an enjoyable experience!!

all super nice, and I love how my brows look every time. I saw Hailey this time, and it was the least painful threading i've had anywhere!

I have been here several times, they are always really friendly and were accommodating and understanding when I missed an appointment due to very heavy traffic! They also do a really thorough job and I go for threading eyebrows now regularly recently, alittle gentler than wax

Jaymie and Claudia are the best! Don’t go to European wax center, believe me, book here, instead, I promise it’s worth the journey to the westside.

I've gone once but I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a good threading place! Although it is pricey, I will say it is definitely worth the money. The woman that helped me was so welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. She listen to what I wanted and didn't start working until she knew what I like. I didn't break out -- I don't have sensitive skin, but if they are too rough then I will have at least some mild irritation -- so that's always a plus!! I made a reservation over the phone but I was told they have an app as well! (I went pre-covid)
