Huge shoutout to Alex and the team at Weston’s auto body. Alex was a huge help from the beginning to the end. I had my car back in no time and it was as if I never even got into an accident. While repairing the original damage Alex let me know of another small repair that would have cost thousands had I done it at a later date. He helped me save a ton of money! Lastly, he offered me to come back in 60 days for a wash/wax on the house. I'm grateful I chose them for my repairs impeccable service from start to finish.

Very good and very fast service. My left Flash didn’t work and I wanted to make an appointment. He did it right there and after 10 minutes I had a repaired flash. And the best, it was for free! Very good experience.

My vehicle is a 1999 BMW which can be difficult to work on. But the shop kindly took the vehicle in anyway and performed an efficient, affordable, and beautiful repair. You can safely trust this shop without hesitation

Weston's is fantastic!
Got rear ended which impacted my bumper, spare tire shell, and the back door. The pictures just don't do it justice to show how well they did! The back of my car is so shiny and brand new again. They did such a quality job and their service/communication is 10/10.

Dealing with insurance with them was also a breeze. Definitely recommend this place - I am too happy with the job they did!

I've been coming here over the last couple years and have always loved the personal approach that they have. I took in my old Subaru when it got wrecked and they saved me money on my deductible! That says a lot right there. I now take in my Audi for any custom work I need done. They do amazing work and stand behind everything they do. I highly recommend this body shop. You'd be stupid to take it anywhere else.

I met with a few auto body shops here in Santa Cruz as my brand new Audi Q5 got hit on the driver side panel. A lot of other shops had delays to even get an estimate, over-estimated, were rude or just unprofessional.
Weston’s did an amazing job! Got the quote immediately, it was in line with my insurance no problem.
The car looks brand new again and spotless and the most appreciation I have for them is they are kind, professional and don’t cut corners at all. They got me in quickly and kept to their word on when I’d have it back. So many places have terrible customer service these days but these guys are so accommodating, helpful and friendly.

After an accident and a headache with insurance, Weston's was a much-needed breeze to work with! Even during labor shortages and part delays they were able to quickly book me in for autobody work, and dealt with insurance directly. I had my car back in about two weeks which in the current environment is a miracle.

Because they are not one of the insurance company's official shops, they are able to use higher quality parts than my insurance wanted them to at no cost to me - and they negotiated it directly. Much better quality of work than I would have received otherwise!

I cannot stress how nice, friendly, and honest their whole staff was. This was my first accident and first major repair and they made me feel comfortable. They guarantee their work, the final result was beautiful and the quality was excellent! I could not be happier! The paint match and fade is perfection.

Great bunch of guys. Funny story about the damage to my car. Neighbor across the street backs into left front quarter panel. Felt terrible.

Took it to Weston and they fixed it good as new. I pick up the car and literally drive it maybe 300 feet. I see a donut shop and pull in and get a donut for my son

I am parked legally in a space ignition off and some guy backs his Dodge work truck into my rear bumper!

Did not have the #@?+#&$ car before it got smacked again. Took the donut down the street and handed over my sick of being hit Avalon.

Upside is no one got hurt and they fixed the new damage and it's all good

I took my 2004 Tacoma to Weston's with severe rust damage on the roof. Rob and Alex were both professional and helpful in talking me through my options for repair / replacement, as well as suggesting I go to the dealership to see if there is any recall / subsidy offered because he had seen this problem so much. Their quotes were fair, they were kind, timely and honest and I recommend this shop to anyone in Santa Cruz. Great customer service.

Weston's is the best auto body shop in Santa Cruz. I got estimates from a few other places and Weston's was very reasonable, and I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of like with other shops. Communication was awesome and the repair was excellent. Robert even helped fix my boyfriend's dented car door at no charge. I was very impressed and will definitely go back if I need other body work in the future.

They fixed the rear bumper on our Dodge Charger. Looks amazing! Price was great, fast turn around and such a nice staff. Top notch local business.

I got two separate estimates in Santa Cruz to have my after market electric doors changed back to manual since the motors where burned out. The assumption was that I would need to install new window regulators. The two estimates made my head spin so I thought I would try one more place and that's when I came across Robert at Weston's Auto. His yelp reviews where unreal with nothing but 5 stars across the board. Robert gave me a quote that was almost half the price of my earlier quotes. Finally when it was time to do the job, Robert had it done in about an hour and best of all he let me know that the old regulators where still good, he only needed to remove the dead motors and mess with a few wires. The price was dropped accordingly which ended up being a great deal. I simply have to agree with the 25 five star reviews on Yelp, Robert is honest, reliable and his prices are great.

UPDATE>>>>> Since the above review, Robert and his staff have done some major repairs on my wifes car as well as some minor repairs on mine. On every occasion both the prices and services offered have been 5+++++ They have not only secured our future business but I now find myself encouraging family and friends to also visit them for their repairs.

They've earned a customer for life and I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto work. They were professional, knowledgeable, quick, and had great communication but the real difference was trust. I went in with a ding on my bumper. Other shops told me they could just patch it (a solution that wouldn't have lasted) but Westons suggested replacing the bumper which turned out to be less costly than some of the other patchwork I have been quoted by other shops. When my insurance tried to swap it for a cheaper after market bumber, Westons made sure I ended up with one from the original manufacturer.

I didn't feel rushed, pushed, misled or gouged. It was a honest transaction, a fair price for work I knew I could depend on and that they themselves guarantee. It felt like taking your car to a family member. Trust. Honesty. Integrity.

No better body shop in the region. Robert saved me about $3k off other quotes when I totalled my car, and he's been an invaluable resource ever since. He's taught me everything I know about fixing body issues on my car as well as my gf's, and is a great resource when you need to know who to go to for other problems.

TL;DR version: These guys are the salt of the earth- seriously the type of guys you would be happy sending your elderly mother to and who you would be excited to have a beer with. They are always looking for creative fixes to save you money and make fixing damage to auto body an actual pleasure.

My headlight caught on fire, and so I brought the wreckage to these guys. They did a killer job with the paint and replacement, and actually offered to buff my other headlight for waaay cheap. They also offered to replace my door lock if I brought the part, apply some touch-up paint in other bruised areas, fix my rear door, and replace my rear window nozzle sprayer- for no charge!

I finally brought it back it 4 months later and they honored it. They had all the described extra services done within two hours, and gave me their beach cruiser to do with as a please in the meantime.

So basically, I ever get in a crash, I hope it's in Santa Cruz.

A very decent place to visit. People there are friendly and helpful. I experience low tire pressure one morning and they checked my tire pressure and inflated my tires without any fees. I managed to drive over hill to pick up my mother from SFO airport. Thanks very much!

Weston's did a great job on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and Robert probably is one of the most generous auto body experts out there. He gave me $200 off my deductible and he also offered to wax my car complementary.

Absolutely impeccable and timely work. I was hit by a car in a parking lot, and Weston’s auto body made it look like nothing had ever happened to my car! Highly recommend
