Mission Hill Dental - Flavio Cheng D.M.D

Everyone, Vera, Rosie and Dr. Cheng, is welcoming, gracious and efficient. The environment is comfortable and calming. The exam rooms are outfitted with the latest in technology. I sought Dr. Cheng out, after having first treated with him in San Francisco more than 20 years ago. He is an exceptional dentist. I would recommend anyone to him - he relates well to all ages and is very gentle - which is appreciated by patients of all ages.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheng's now for something like 10 years. Our entire family goes to his practice, and I don't know how we could be happier with our treatment. He is technically excellent and keeps current on the latest dental science. Notably, for all procedures, down to cleaning and x-rays, there is an extreme emphasis on patient comfort. The treatment areas are pleasant and scrupulously clean. Dr. Cheng and his staff are all gracious and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Cheng's office was clean, comforting and made me feel at ease. His staff are all professional, welcoming and made my first visit easy and not stressful. So happy to have found a dentist in Santa Cruz that I want to stick with!

Dr. Cheng has very sure hands. His priority is high quality work and patient comfort. Staff is great. The dental chair is the most comfortable I've ever been in. I'm a senior and I'm new to this office--so far, very good.

Dr. Cheng and Laurie, his hygienist, both have gentle hands and great skill. I've been their patient for almost ten years and they've kept my teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Cheng explains exactly what he's doing and why, and discusses my choices with me. He's quiet and pleasant and I feel safe in his chair. Laurie is equally good at her profession and a pleasure to visit with.

Lori is always great. Makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I feel like the whole team is working towards my dental care from the front office to the back.

Best dental office in Santa Cruz. Dr Cheng did the most thorough inspection I've ever had. You can watch Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned!!! The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is very comfortable with tea coffee and some activities for the kids including a PlayStation and iPad.

I love the staff at Dr Cheng's office. They are so welcoming and friendly. So good with kids too. I have considered moving to a new office, though, because of their very limited hours.

5 Stars all around! The office, the staff, the vibe, and of course Dr. Cheng! He is sweet, calm, patient, and thorough. I felt at ease the minute I walked through the door. If you are looking for a new dental practice, this is IT!
