AT&T Store

Came in to add a new line and Paxton S. helped me with my transaction super seamlessly. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He was patient and made me feel like a human by being able to hold conversation! He asked me lots of questions and tried his absolute best to get me the best deal to cater for my needs and wants. Often times people in sales try to manipulate you to get things you don’t need, but I was not worried about that with Paxton. He showed me different options that were out there, but did not pressure me into anything that I did not want. We need more workers like that. I hope this review is seen and he gets recognized.

Susie was extremely helpful and patient with me especially with the situation I was going through she took her time with me and assisted me very well. Every question I had was met with a swift and confident response. She was amazing and helped me fix my problems in less than 30 minutes.

I recently went to this location to have my cell phone ungraded and was helped by Oscar H. He took the time to explain all my options and calculate my costs for my new phone. Oscar also was able to make some modifications to my account to bring my bill down with changes to my insurance. He explained he’s been there for a long time and it shows. Oscar took great care of me and I highly recommend this location. It’s very neat and orderly and comfortable.

We were initially helped by a young lady who didn't even introduce herself and it seemed she didn't want to be there. We came back after 15 mins and were assigned to Dontrail. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made our experience great. If we run into any issues with our phone, I would definitely like to speak with him. Need more people like him who are willing to give great customer service.

Loved the customer service. I know I write about Customer service often, but why not? We pay for it! Very nice and well educated on new technology and extremely helpful to my generation.

Very attentive staff that was extremely knowledgeable about all things AT&T. Right when I walked in the store, Shireen greeted me and asked the reason for my visit. She was also able to get me a few discounts on my plans, which was a nice plus! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and glad I made the switch from Xfinity.

Shireen was a great help at the Vacaville store she was super informative and personable. I definitely recommend her for all your service questions!

We were helped by an “Oscar” during our recent visit

Oscar quickly helped us not only find a new phone for my mother, but was able to reduce our bill GREATLY by giving us ONLY the services and plans that we NEEDED, and no strings attached. We reduced our monthly bill so well, I decided to get myself new phone!

Even with two new added phones on to our bill, with the discounts and savings Oscar let us know about, we STILL are paying less on the monthly bill. This location really cared about how we served, and we really appreciated Oscar.

Do note, they can be busy and they have a queue of folks to take care of if you come in as a walk in. Definitely try and make an appointment, even if you’re doing something as small as paying a bill. First come first serve sort of deal.

Give 2thumbs up to Paxton who helped us above and beyond. His customer service is superb. Not only did resolved our issues, he even saved us a lot of money and time. He is a jewel. ❤

I bought a new phone and they helped transfer everything from the old to the new one. Jesus helped me. It took over 45 minutes for pictures etc. Very reassuring.

Went into Vacaville At&T to upgrade my phone and was immediately assisted by Rosanna. She was very informative, professional and personable. She answered all my questions, helped me choose my upgrade and even helped me transfer all of my information from the old phone over. She was great! - Kudos to her for AMAZING customer service!

I had a good experience. The att representative took a short while to process my order. Myra was SO friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Also, she was attentive, professional and very helpful. She really made the experience very pleasant. She is a wonderful asset to your company.

Paxton Schwartz was a huge help, he helped us switch over our account after my father passing to my mothers name and got her veterans discount input as well, couldn’t ask for better service

I had came in about 3x , needing help to add a new line to my plan. Each time I was greeted right away thankfully there was no wait time and Gladys was able to answer all my questions I had. Once Oscar even helped as well but since we had been seeing Gladys he grabbed her to make sure she got her commission, which I thought was really nice of him. I would highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone. I ended up leaving with a new iPhone 14 for my fiancé and saved a whole lot by turning in his old phone. We had a bit of a complicated situation but it went so smooth with their help. No thanks to T-Mobile we were able to get it done. Thanks again to Gladys and Oscar who were so patient and helpful!! 🫶🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽 Much appreciated!

Rosanna was extremely helpful. She went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything she was explaining to us, taking the time to write down the pricing so we had a visual of what she was explaining. We’re those seniors who don’t know much about technology and the different cell plans can be confusing, but she was patient and kind to make sure we understood everything she was telling us.
We’ve gone to the AT&T store when we’ve needed cell phones and have never received that kind of service. We’ve always been made to feel that because we weren’t making an expensive purchase we were not worth the time to help. But this time around we felt valued as customers.

She was great! She deserves a “10”. 😊 Thank you Rosanna!

If you need a new phone/accessories. I would highly recommend stopping in and ask for Levi G.!! The process was super smooth!! From start to finish. I went in on my Lunch break (I came in from the Auto Mall) He was very attentive and helpful with all my questions. Levi went above and beyond for me that day!! 😌🤌🏽 Very satisfied with my new IPhone (my last iPhone got completely damaged). I will be back in for the iPhone 14 soon 😎

Levi was the gentleman that helped me. He explained every-

We really appreciate him looking out for my godmother. She's 80 years old. Someone sold her a phone and plan with a new phone number and new Apple ID that she didn't need or want. I was able to reset her old Apple ID, and unlock her old phone (she had been locked out) and Nate came to the rescue! After some digging, he was able to find and print the receipt and talked to management to return the phone for a full refund. He also explained how to cancel the line. My godmother ended up keeping the U-VERSE and DIRECT TV because of his kindness, and the kindness of the manager who supported him.
